We had such a great stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, the hosts were very responsive & helpful. 10/10 stay!

The location was beautiful as was the villa. - The second building though has a mold issue, stank and needed serious airing before habitable - was not done before we arrived. And the car park atop it does not drain and can be 4cm deep with water at times, a problem getting into vehicles. Probably the source of the mold. - The house needs instructions, WiFi, garbage, what keys are used where, lights, contact info, etc. all clearly in on place. - Keys are needed. One set car park opener for two cars is absurd. Keys for all doors in rental should be provided up front, not upon request later. And the rental was disorganized. Very. - There seemed to be 3 different organizations involved with the rental, each appearing at different stages of the process. I have no idea what connects them or who to contact for what. - Advance communication, and communication among those entities, was very poor. For a rental at this price the service was not acceptable.

It was little cold for the time of the year and the only issue we had was the heaters in the house didn’t work well and took a bit to get warm. Property provide portable heaters. Other than that the Villa is gorgeous and views incredible.
