La résidence est située à Chamonix, sur l’« Avenue de la Plage », à 1 à 3 minutes à pied du centre sportif, de la piscine, de la bibliothèque et de la rue principale de la ville, où boutiques, bars, cafés et restaurants attendent les visiteurs impatients !
Les hôtes bénéficient d’une proximité exceptionnelle avec un arrêt de bus, le domaine de ski de fond ainsi que la remontée mécanique et les pistes du Brevent. Station à la mode toute l’année, Chamonix offre un large choix de commodités, d’attractions touristiques et de liaisons de transports en commun, ainsi qu’une multitude d’activités de loisirs en plein air adaptées aux vacances d’été comme d’hiver. Depuis cet emplacement idéal, l'aéroport international de Genève est accessible en 71 minutes de route.

We loved our stay in Belle Vue. The location was amazing and the view every morning of the Mont Blanc is beautiful. It’s very spacious and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s walking distance from everything. Can’t wait to be back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mark. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, bien situé pour nos besoins, communication très claire. Le seul bémol serait la boîte à clé pour le check-in et le check-out, qui se trouve dans l'agence en ville à 20min à pied. Il faut le prendre en compte. Mais à part ça, tout OK! Merci :)

Positive: Perfect location, nice staff when checking in, amenities was ok. The climate and temerature inside was very nice. Negative: The oven made no sense (no rack) and it's weird that there's no sink to wash your hands in the same room as the toilet.

Perfect location with the nicest view to Mont Blanc. 3 minute walk to the center. Nice and helpful staff when checking in. Amenities was ok. The climate and temerature inside was very nice. Felt clean and there were lots of towels at arrival.

Check in directions were very clear. Apartment is in a great location, very easily walkable to all shops, restaurants and about 15-20 min walk from aiguille du midi cable car and Montenvers train. Apartment was clean and plenty big for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Parking on site was also appreciated. We did some basic meals at home and were able to deal with the utensils/cookware provided. Overall we were happy with the rental and Chamonix is a beautiful little town!

Logement agréable et bien situé Par contre ça n est vraiment pas pratique de devoir récupérer et rendre les clés à l agence de location… je ne m attendais pas à ça en passant par Airbnb. L accueil est anonyme et la seule demande que j ai formulée à du être mainte fois formulée pour finalement ne pas être prise en compte …

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mark. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, bien situé pour nos besoins, communication très claire.
