Le doppie portefinestre conducono a un balcone privato con un set da pranzo in stile bistrot e una splendida vista sulle montagne che si estende a perdita d’occhio. Gli interni eleganti del soggiorno offrono un’atmosfera suggestiva e rilassante e sono completati da un’area salotto raffinata con TV a schermo piatto, un’elegante zona pranzo e una cucina ben attrezzata.
La disposizione dei posti letto è perfetta per gruppi di famiglie e amici, con una spaziosa camera matrimoniale affiancata da una seconda camera versatile con letti a castello e un letto singolo.
La residenza a due piani è dotata di ascensore e gode di una posizione strategica, a 1-3 minuti a piedi dalla via principale e dai servizi disponibili tutto l’anno a Chamonix. L’appartamento, situato in posizione centrale, è perfetto anche per raggiungere l’area di sci di fondo, gli impianti di risalita e le piste di Le Brévent. Di fronte si trova una fermata dell’autobus.

Gli ospiti si trovano a una distanza invidiabile da una fermata dell’autobus, dall’area dedicata allo sci di fondo e dagli impianti di risalita e dalle piste di Brevant. La rinomata località turistica di Chamonix, frequentata tutto l’anno, offre un’ampia scelta di servizi, attrazioni turistiche e collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici, oltre a una vasta gamma di attività ricreative all’aria aperta adatte sia alle vacanze estive che a quelle invernali. We loved our stay in Belle Vue. The location was amazing and the view every morning of the Mont Blanc is beautiful. It’s very spacious and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s walking distance from everything. Can’t wait to be back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mark. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, bien situé pour nos besoins, communication très claire. Le seul bémol serait la boîte à clé pour le check-in et le check-out, qui se trouve dans l'agence en ville à 20min à pied. Il faut le prendre en compte. Mais à part ça, tout OK! Merci :)

Positive: Perfect location, nice staff when checking in, amenities was ok. The climate and temerature inside was very nice. Negative: The oven made no sense (no rack) and it's weird that there's no sink to wash your hands in the same room as the toilet.

Check in directions were very clear. Apartment is in a great location, very easily walkable to all shops, restaurants and about 15-20 min walk from aiguille du midi cable car and Montenvers train. Apartment was clean and plenty big for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Parking on site was also appreciated. We did some basic meals at home and were able to deal with the utensils/cookware provided. Overall we were happy with the rental and Chamonix is a beautiful little town!
