It was a nice apartment. Carrying all the luggage up all those stairs was rough. The directions to the unit were a little confusing saying “when you come to the y in the road go to the right but the map with the arrow shows go to the left” . There were spiders and spider webs everywhere thru out the unit. Very beautiful view of LakE COMO.

Het appartement heeft een prachtige ligging met mooi uitzicht. Je kan lopen naar het dorpje in 10 minuten. Steil pad. Voor mensen die slecht te been zijn, niet te doen. Bakker ook op loopafstand, ook steile helling. Het appartement zelf is prima, echter geen airco en geen horren voor de deur/ramen. Groot gemis in dit appartement. Daarnaast is het ingericht met redelijke spullen (soms wat kapot) geen luxe. Prima douche, wel schoon. Zwembad is prima, bijna prive gehad meerendeel van ons verblijf. Fijn dat je de auto kan parkeren in de garage, achter slot en grendel. Kortom prima verblijf, maar vanwege de wat verouderde inrichting en geen airco en geen horren voor ons geen 2de keer dit appartement. Wel Como meer, want prachtig. Wel superfijne vakantie gehad!

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Im Pool waren wir oft allein, trotz der belegten anderen Wohnungen im Haus in der Sommerzeit. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten hat man viele, wir nutzten das Auto. Man kann aber auch runter zum See und von dort mit einem der Boote Starten. Der Weg zurück vom Bootsableger zur Wohnung bei 27 Grad im Schatten war uns zu steil und beschwerlich mit Kind. Zu den Mängeln: in der Küche gibt es ein Ameisenproblem auf der Arbeitsplatte. Unzählige winzige Ameisen kommen hinter den Schränken vor, auf die Arbeitsplatte. Die Zimmer im OG haben Schrägen. Nichts für grosse Menschen. Der Abgang zur Treppe nicht gesichert. Vorsicht bei nächtlichen Tolettenbesuchen im OG. Alle Aufkleber und teilweise Folien sind noch an den Fenstern und an der Badewanne. Die Renovierung ist aber schon ein Paar Jahre her. Zu Sauberkeit bei Ankunft muss ich sagen, naja. Flusen kamen mir im Wohnzimmer gleich entgegen als wir die Tür aufschlossen. Ansonsten hatte das Waschbecken unten einen Riss und die Box für die Balkonauflagen eine riesige Delle, wo das Platik der Box schon abspltterte. Da hatte sich wohl jemand drauf gestzt auf die Box, das Gewicht nicht ausgehalten und die Box hat nachgegeben. Fazit: Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einigen Mängeln, der Ausblick vom Balkon hat einige Mängel entschädigt. Wenn die Mängel noch beseitigt werden, eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Wifi wasn’t working and couldn’t access the pool as it was locked. We were told that someone would come to open it but no one came. Otherwise good panoromic view .
