Cet appartement dynamique et bien aménagé dispose d'un balcon qui donne sur la montagne et le magnifique paysage. Cet appartement est classé 3 étoiles par "Innovation & Développement Tourisme". Le vaste salon s'ouvre sur le balcon et offre une ambiance rafraîchissante et joyeuse. Il comprend un grand canapé, un coin repas avec une table en bois élégante pour 4 personnes et une kitchenette. Il y a également une télévision à écran plat et une sélection de livres pour tenir compagnie. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez une machine à café, un four, un grille-pain, une plaque de cuisson à induction et un réfrigérateur. Couchage Il y a un lit double superposé pour quatre personnes. Salle de bain La salle de douche moderne et bien entretenue est équipée d'un lavabo et d'un WC. En outre, la salle de bains est équipée d'un lavabo et d'un WC : - Appartement neuf - Endroit calme - Accueil des enfants - Accès à l'ascenseur - Parking public gratuit (les places de parking ne peuvent pas être garanties) mais voiture non nécessaire (pas d'accès pour les motos) - Proche du ski - Proche des navettes de ski - Pas de wifi - Local à skis - Sèche-cheveux - Fer et planche à repasser - Local à vélos sur place - Aspirateur - Les clients doivent être munis de leur badge pour ouvrir la barrière et entrer et sortir. Emplacement L'appartement est situé dans l'une des localités les plus recherchées de Chamonix. Sa proximité avec les pistes de ski et l'arrêt de la navette de ski en font un lieu de séjour idéal pour les amateurs de sports d'hiver. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme de la ville, ce qui signifie que les clients sont à une distance pratique des restaurants, des magasins et des supermarchés. La gare se trouve également à 300 mètres à peine de l'appartement. La montée en téléphérique est très appréciée des touristes car elle permet d'apprécier les vues fantastiques depuis le sommet. Chamonix est une destination hivernale bien connue. La station est connue pour ses centaines de kilomètres de pistes damées pour les skieurs de tous niveaux. En été, cette magnifique destination est ouverte à la découverte grâce aux pistes cyclables et aux sentiers de randonnée. Un magasin de vélos se trouve à proximité de la maison. Pour les amateurs de golf, le parcours le plus proche est à peine à 4,5 km. L'aéroport le plus proche est à environ 103 kilomètres de la maison. Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.

Appartement très accueillant et agréable. L'emplacement est super car proche du centre ville, il est possible de se déplacer principalement à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une bouteille de vin, petite suggestion cependant : avoir quelques condiments (sel, poivre, huile d'olive) dans l'appartement aurait été apprécié.

Nous avons trouvé un charmant appartement très propre, fonctionnel, bon emplacement avec bon équipement et couchage de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié de trouver des lits faits et une bouteille de vin rouge pour notre arrivée. C’était notre 1ere fois à Chamonix et sommes ravis de notre séjour en famille. L’appartement était à la hauteur de nos attentes, le service de location très bien. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

We had a great stay at this apartment. From before we confirmed and during the booking, the host via a rental company was very responsive to my emails and really helpful. The apartment is in a great location if you don't have a car - right next to the bus stn and Spar supermarket, although apparantly there is a car park for the flat if you want it! There is a ski boot room so we didn't have to take our skis up and put them on the balcony. The apartment maximised and made a really great use of the space. It was clean, beds comfy and it was great the toilet was seperate to the bathroom too! The kitchen was clean and spacious to use with a nice little breakfast bar for us to eat off. The pictures truely represented the apartment. Would definietly stay at again! It seems all apartments you need to empty your bins but they are very near to take to. Only thing is we thought there was Wifi - it says pocket/ mobile wifi which seems to mean your own phone so just make sure you have enough data!

Great location, central but quiet. The fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and normal sized stove and oven was so nice and convenient. The apartment was spotless clean and the underground parking was a big plus, parking in Chamonix can be difficult.

Bathroom is clean and separated from toilet. The location is good (Close to chamonix aiguille du midi station). A supermrket is within a one minute walk. You can enjoy eating on the terrace while looking at the mountain.

Clean, comfortable overall, good water pressure, great location, nice view. Would have liked a set of sheets / blankets for the sofa bed and really needed better instructions for getting from the parking garage to the inside of the apartment. Unmarked doors and unlit corridors were a challenge.
