Het beschikt over een grote bank, een eethoek met een stijlvolle houten eettafel voor 4 personen en een kitchenette. Er is ook een flatscreen-tv en een selectie boeken om u te vermaken. In de keuken vinden gasten een koffiezetapparaat, een oven, een broodrooster, een inductiekookplaat en een koelkast. Slapen Er is een tweepersoonsstapelbed, een balkon en een kledingkast. Het appartement ligt op een rustige locatie in de stad, wat betekent dat gasten zich op een gunstige afstand van restaurants, winkels en supermarkten bevinden. Het treinstation ligt ook op amper 300 meter van het huis. De kabelbaan is erg populair bij toeristen, omdat je vanaf de top kunt genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht. Chamonix is een bekende winterbestemming. Het resort staat bekend om zijn honderden kilometers aan geprepareerde pistes voor skiërs van alle niveaus. In de zomer kun je deze prachtige bestemming verkennen via fiets- en wandelpaden. Er is een fietsenwinkel vlakbij het huis. Voor fervente golfliefhebbers ligt de dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan op amper 4,5 kilometer afstand. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven ligt op ongeveer 103 kilometer van het huis. Appartement très accueillant et agréable. L'emplacement est super car proche du centre ville, il est possible de se déplacer principalement à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une bouteille de vin, petite suggestion cependant : avoir quelques condiments (sel, poivre, huile d'olive) dans l'appartement aurait été apprécié.

Nous avons trouvé un charmant appartement très propre, fonctionnel, bon emplacement avec bon équipement et couchage de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié de trouver des lits faits et une bouteille de vin rouge pour notre arrivée. C’était notre 1ere fois à Chamonix et sommes ravis de notre séjour en famille. L’appartement était à la hauteur de nos attentes, le service de location très bien. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

We had a great stay at this apartment. From before we confirmed and during the booking, the host via a rental company was very responsive to my emails and really helpful. The apartment is in a great location if you don't have a car - right next to the bus stn and Spar supermarket, although apparantly there is a car park for the flat if you want it! There is a ski boot room so we didn't have to take our skis up and put them on the balcony. The apartment maximised and made a really great use of the space. It was clean, beds comfy and it was great the toilet was seperate to the bathroom too! The kitchen was clean and spacious to use with a nice little breakfast bar for us to eat off. The pictures truely represented the apartment. Would definietly stay at again! It seems all apartments you need to empty your bins but they are very near to take to. Only thing is we thought there was Wifi - it says pocket/ mobile wifi which seems to mean your own phone so just make sure you have enough data!

Great location, central but quiet. The fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and normal sized stove and oven was so nice and convenient. The apartment was spotless clean and the underground parking was a big plus, parking in Chamonix can be difficult.

Bathroom is clean and separated from toilet. The location is good (Close to chamonix aiguille du midi station). A supermrket is within a one minute walk. You can enjoy eating on the terrace while looking at the mountain.

Great location for buses arriving into Chamonix at the chamonix sud bus station. Also well located for the ski buses to the various areas within the chamonix valley. The place had everything you needed (except a tea towel), a basic ski locker, beds were comfortable and the shower good. It’s also less than 10min walk into chamonix centre. Nearby, there’s a functional spar supermarket, a laundrette and a decent bar (called South) that showed sports and had a decent happy hour.

Clean, comfortable overall, good water pressure, great location, nice view. Would have liked a set of sheets / blankets for the sofa bed and really needed better instructions for getting from the parking garage to the inside of the apartment. Unmarked doors and unlit corridors were a challenge.

The owner is very attentive and responsible. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is also very good, right next to a supermarket and bus stop.

Great location, central but quiet. The fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and normal sized stove and oven was so nice and convenient. The apartment was spotless clean and the underground parking was a big plus, parking in Chamonix can be difficult.

Bathroom is clean and separated from toilet. The location is good (Close to chamonix aiguille du midi station). A supermrket is within a one minute walk. You can enjoy eating on the terrace while looking at the mountain.

Great location for buses arriving into Chamonix at the chamonix sud bus station. Also well located for the ski buses to the various areas within the chamonix valley. The place had everything you needed (except a tea towel), a basic ski locker, beds were comfortable and the shower good. It’s also less than 10min walk into chamonix centre. Nearby, there’s a functional spar supermarket, a laundrette and a decent bar (called South) that showed sports and had a decent happy hour.

Clean, comfortable overall, good water pressure, great location, nice view. Would have liked a set of sheets / blankets for the sofa bed and really needed better instructions for getting from the parking garage to the inside of the apartment. Unmarked doors and unlit corridors were a challenge.
