Passez de merveilleuses vacances sur le lac de Côme depuis cette charmante villa qui offre une vue enchanteresse sur le lac et un jardin privé pour se détendre. La villa simple et moderne avec trois chambres à coucher peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Elle est divisée en deux étages à l'intérieur, tandis qu'à l'extérieur, il y a un jardin avec vue sur le lac avec de nombreux coins salons et une terrasse avec vue sur le lac avec une installation al-fresco. Le salon à l'atmosphère relaxante est équipé d'un canapé, d'une table à manger et d'une télévision. Les hôtes peuvent également sortir sur le balcon pour profiter du temps agréable et admirer le paysage. La cuisine est spacieuse et dotée d'équipements modernes. Elle est entièrement équipée d'ustensiles et d'appareils tels qu'une machine à café, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un four, une cuisinière, une bouilloire électrique, un grille-pain et un réfrigérateur. Couchage Chambre 1 : Cette chambre élégante dispose de grandes fenêtres pour la lumière naturelle, d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Chambre 2 : La chambre bien entretenue dispose d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Chambre 3 : Cette chambre agréable et bien ventilée offre un accès direct au jardin et est meublée d'un lit jumeau et d'une armoire. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : La salle de bains attenante est équipée d'une baignoire, d'une douche, d'un bidet et d'un WC. Salle de bain 2 : La salle de bain commune est équipée d'une cabine de douche, d'un bidet et d'un WC. Il y a également une salle de bain de service avec un WC, un évier et une machine à laver. Lieu de séjour Cette villa paisible surplombant le magnifique lac de Côme est parfaite pour des vacances mémorables au bord du lac. Elle offre le confort, des vues envoûtantes et un emplacement idéal. Le restaurant le plus proche est à peine à 5 minutes. Il y a également un magasin et un supermarché à moins de 2 kilomètres de la villa. Le lac n'est pas très loin et les clients peuvent faire un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à la plage (2,5 km). La chute de Cenghen, située à seulement 3,4 kilomètres de la villa, est un lieu de grand intérêt et de grande beauté naturelle. Le village pittoresque de Mandello del Lario abrite de nombreux musées (dont le musée Moto Guzzi), des sentiers de randonnée (le Wayfarer Track est un régal pour les amoureux de la nature et de l'histoire), des églises historiques et des paysages incroyables. D'autres villes lacustres comme Lecco, Varenna et Bellano sont facilement accessibles en voiture. L'aéroport le plus proche se trouve à seulement 78 kilomètres de la villa.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit allem drum und dran. Große Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. 3 Terrassen, umgeben von Rasenflächen. Alle Fenster mit elektrischen Außenjalousien. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Prachtig ruim huis/villa met openslaande deuren naar een mooi en ruim balkon, ook was er een mooi tweede terras met elektrische overkapping indien nodig. Alles met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Perfect omheinde tuin wat ideaal was voor onze hond, zij kon niet weglopen. Alle ramen waren voorzien van elektrische rolluiken.

Agréable maison de vacances dont les points forts sont: la superbe vue sur le lac de Côme, les grands espaces pour une famille, les nombreuses terrasses extérieures, les fenêtres équipées de volets électriques. La ville de Mandello est accessible en 10 minutes en voiture: nombreux commerces de bonne qualité, très chouette plage, ville bien située pour visiter la région. Nous avons apprécié la semaine passée la-bas (vacances a 5 personnes + 1 chien).

Das Haus mit Blick auf den See. Schöner großer Garten, ideal für den Hund Sauberkeit. Zu wenig Geschirr für den Spülen. Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen Die Beauftragte der Vermieterin hat sich unmöglich benommen. Ansonsten war alles in Allem in Ordnung.

casa molto ampia e comoda con una vista splendida sul lago da perdere il fiato. buon punto di appoggio per spostarsi e visitare le altre città nei dintorni, pur essendo non vicina ai negozi, ma con la macchina si può certamente ovviare al problema . segnalo comunque la mancanza di detersivi lavaggio piatti per cucina e di alimenti per cucinare (esempio olio , sale, ecc...) che vanno procurati prima di entrare nella casa e inoltre se transitate in inverno o quando fa freddo il conteggio del riscaldamento è a parte ed essendo la casa molto grande la temperatura massima è di 18 gradi. a parte questi dettagli importanti il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

Die Lage des Hauses war für uns top!!! Allerdings bis zum Strand 35 min zu Fuß, bergab , mit Kindern schlecht, also fährt man mit dem Auto! Parken ist nicht einfach, aber man findet trotzdem einen Parkplatz
