Geniet van een heerlijke vakantie aan het Comomeer vanuit deze mooie villa met een betoverend uitzicht op het meer en een privétuin om tot rust te komen. De alleenstaande, moderne villa met drie slaapkamers kan tot 6 gasten herbergen. Het is verdeeld in twee verdiepingen aan de binnenkant, terwijl er aan de buitenkant een tuin met uitzicht op het meer is met veel zithoeken en een terras met uitzicht op het meer met een al-fresco set-up. De woonkamer heeft een ontspannen sfeer en is ingericht met een bankstel, een eettafel en een tv. Gasten kunnen ook op het balkon genieten van het aangename weer en het landschap bewonderen. De keuken is ruim en modern ingericht. Het is volledig uitgerust met keukengerei en apparaten zoals een koffiezetapparaat, een vaatwasser, een magnetron, een oven, een fornuis, een waterkoker, een broodrooster en een koelkast. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De elegante slaapkamer heeft grote ramen voor natuurlijk licht, een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: De verzorgde slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant ligt op slechts 5 minuten afstand. Er is ook een winkel en een supermarkt binnen 2 kilometer van de villa. Het meer is niet ver weg en gasten kunnen een korte rit maken naar het strand (2,5 km). De Cenghen val op slechts 3,4 kilometer van de villa is een plaats van groot belang en natuurlijke schoonheid. Het pittoreske dorpje Mandello del Lario heeft een aantal musea (waaronder het Moto Guzzi Museum), wandelpaden (de Wayfarer Track is een traktatie voor natuur- en geschiedenisliefhebbers), historische kerken en een ongelooflijk landschap. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Prachtig ruim huis/villa met openslaande deuren naar een mooi en ruim balkon, ook was er een mooi tweede terras met elektrische overkapping indien nodig. Alles met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Perfect omheinde tuin wat ideaal was voor onze hond, zij kon niet weglopen. Alle ramen waren voorzien van elektrische rolluiken.

Agréable maison de vacances dont les points forts sont: la superbe vue sur le lac de Côme, les grands espaces pour une famille, les nombreuses terrasses extérieures, les fenêtres équipées de volets électriques. La ville de Mandello est accessible en 10 minutes en voiture: nombreux commerces de bonne qualité, très chouette plage, ville bien située pour visiter la région. Nous avons apprécié la semaine passée la-bas (vacances a 5 personnes + 1 chien).

Das Haus mit Blick auf den See. Schöner großer Garten, ideal für den Hund Sauberkeit. Zu wenig Geschirr für den Spülen. Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen Die Beauftragte der Vermieterin hat sich unmöglich benommen. Ansonsten war alles in Allem in Ordnung.

casa molto ampia e comoda con una vista splendida sul lago da perdere il fiato. buon punto di appoggio per spostarsi e visitare le altre città nei dintorni, pur essendo non vicina ai negozi, ma con la macchina si può certamente ovviare al problema . segnalo comunque la mancanza di detersivi lavaggio piatti per cucina e di alimenti per cucinare (esempio olio , sale, ecc...) che vanno procurati prima di entrare nella casa e inoltre se transitate in inverno o quando fa freddo il conteggio del riscaldamento è a parte ed essendo la casa molto grande la temperatura massima è di 18 gradi. a parte questi dettagli importanti il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

Die Lage des Hauses war für uns top!!! Allerdings bis zum Strand 35 min zu Fuß, bergab , mit Kindern schlecht, also fährt man mit dem Auto! Parken ist nicht einfach, aber man findet trotzdem einen Parkplatz
