La propriété est située au calme sur une colline ensoleillée au cœur de l'une des destinations viticoles les plus populaires de Slovénie. Son intérieur élégant a été restauré avec soin pour allier les équipements modernes aux éléments d'origine, notamment les murs en pierres apparentes, les poutres en bois et les volets en bois de caractère. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon spacieux avec un grand canapé en L et une télévision numérique HD à écran plat avec Sky. Il y a également une cuisine séparée meublée d'une table à manger, d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Sous la cuisine, il y a une cave à vin où les clients peuvent se servir et, à la fin des vacances, payer la femme de ménage pour ce qu'ils ont pris. La maison est entourée d'un charmant jardin où les hôtes peuvent se rafraîchir dans la piscine privée, se détendre avec un livre sous les vignes ou simplement rêvasser au son du chant des oiseaux avec un verre de vin local. Les paysages environnants rappellent la Toscane et constituent un paradis pour les activités de plein air telles que les randonnées entre les vignobles et les vergers ou les balades à vélo à travers les villages pittoresques, les vignobles et les fermes pour goûter aux délices locaux. L'hôte peut organiser un guide local, des VTT (y compris des vélos électriques) et conseiller diverses excursions dans la région... Pour une relaxation complète après une journée bien remplie, il y a un sauna finlandais. Ein tolles Grundstück. Eine tolle Aussicht! Die Räumlichkeiten sind gepflegt und alles war super sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Kommunikation bei der An- und Abreise war sehr angenehm. Heerlijk verblijf gehad op schitterende lokatie. Het zwembad en de tuin was bij meer dan 30 graden de grootste attractie. Maar ook in de nabije buurt veel leuks te zien of te doen. Wijn proeven bij Patrick, eten onder de uitkijktoren en wandelen naar Smartno….

It was spacious and the pool and terrace area were lovely. The view was amazing, perfect for lounging by the pool. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook for a large group and the bbq worked really well. The beds were comfortable. Also management was great, if we ever had a question Mitja answered promptly and any issues were immediately solved.

This property is located in beautiful Slovenian wine country. The house is just as pictured and very comfortable for a large family. This property is separated into three different large and functional spaces, perfect for groups. The scenery is unreal and the home is well designed and kept. We enjoyed day trips to Italy and to vineyards, the Šmartno downtown is also very cute and very close. The sauna was also a fabulous treat. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway outside of the city!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft mit dem Pool & der Aussicht war traumhaft 😍 Der Empfang mit selbst gemachten Kuchen & Blumen aus dem Garten war wirklich sehr nett & der Kuchen war sooooo gut 🙃 Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, perfekt 👍🏻 Wir können es nur empfehlen ☺️ & wir würden sofort wieder kommen, eig wollten wir garnicht fahren 😅

Die Unterkunft besteht aus 3 Appartements mit separaten Eingängen. Die Aussicht und der Garten waren einmalig. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. PS: Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden

We were 2 families and 2 dogs. The house was very spacious, gave all of us privacy and gathered all in the garden next to the pool for really late night talking and playing. All the beds are very comfortable and each room has a bathroom. In the kitchen you have everything you can ask for to cook food, plus the bbq in the garden which we didn’t use. There is a plenty of sun at the pool area until 4pm. Sandra was very helpful and responded in minutes, her husband saved us too from dead battery in the car. Great hosts. The only thing is you need to be prepared for is to do big shopping as the closest store is 15 min drive. Same with the closest restaurant- 10 min. Not a walking distance. A lot of wine testing around too.

The outside of the property is mindblowingly beautiful. The best part of the house by far. The BBQ is great. The kids really loved the pool which was clean and in good order. A big negative is the fact that it's 3 flats not a complete house. They didn't make this clear in the rental description. I wasn't comfortable having the kids (ages 7 and 9) in a separate flat by themselves. Although I respect the fact that this would suit some older families this should be made clear in the description. The inside is a bit tired, but clean. Kitchen cupboards broken etc. Not all light switches work. Host is exceptional. Thanks Brenda for being SO sweet.
