This place is great, it is exactly how it looks in the photos provided and only a short walk to the beach. The bus stop into Olbia is also footsteps away. Wonderful for families, the communal pool was nice for when the sun comes out. Even though it is a residential complex, it still felt private.

The property is located very close to the beach, 5 min walk in an area that is not overcrowded with tourists so even at peak of holiday season we could easily find a place to put our things on the sand or a table at a beach restaurant for lunch. There are a few restaurants nearby but the location is very quiet with no bars or party places - which for us was a plus, might be different to people looking for nightlife. There is also a small supermarket nearby with all the basics and a good bakery about 15-20min walk away. There is a bus stop 100m away with regular buses running to Olbia (about 20min ride). As for the property itself, it is spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities including washing machine and a dishwasher. We were on the top floor and enjoyed meals and drinks on a big, shaded terrace with a great view of the sea. There are AC units in the main kitchen/lounge area and the main bedroom which was very useful in the heat we had during our stay. The Wi-Fi was good although temperamental at times. The swimming pool was clean and good size as well. It is surrounded by a nice, well maintained garden as well. The communication with the management team was through whatsapp and was very effective with all the check-in and check-out information provided in an easy to understand documents. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay

Sumbeds were broken; also we had some issues with hot water pressure at shower. The rest was ok. Thank you!

Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer war traumhaft. Wir haben ihn jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Der Pool und der Garten sind auch sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool war Ende Oktober zwar sehr kalt, aber für eine kurze Erfrischung oder ein paar kurze Bahnen am Morgen sehr gut. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir so brauchten. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsselsafe. Unseren Ansprechpartner von Happy Rentals konnten wir jederzeit per Whats App kontaktieren und haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Die Lage ist toll. In der Straße gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizzeria und eine Straße weiter einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und mit dem Auto kann man viele Ausflüge im Norden von Sardinien machen. Die Betten waren schlecht. Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer waren ziemlich weich und durchgelegen. Es gab, wie in südlichen Ländern üblich, keine Bettdecken, sondern nur Laken zum zudecken. Die Couch in der Küche war auch unbequem.

Verblijf was heerlijk. Schoon huisje, fijne bedden. Enige minpunt was dat het zwembad redelijk koud was. En het warmde ook niet op gedurende de dag. Wel erg schoon!

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach, the bus stop, the supermarket and a fabulous pizza and pasta restaurant. The beds were comfortable and it was really quiet at night time.
