Splendido attico familiare con splendida vista sul Golfo di Olbia e sull'isola di Tavolara. Situato all'ultimo piano di un esclusivo e tranquillo residence, questo spazioso appartamento può ospitare 4 persone. La residenza è ricca di fascino italiano. L'angolo cottura contemporaneo nel soggiorno/sala da pranzo è ben attrezzato con piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina da caffè Mokka. L'attraente zona giorno dispone di un tavolo per 4 persone, un comodo divano, una TV a schermo piatto e ampie porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono a un'ampia terrazza ombreggiata con vista sul mare. Questa terrazza ad angolo dispone di un altro tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e di sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi al sole. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: Una camera da letto ariosa con letto matrimoniale, comodini, luci di lettura e un grande armadio, con una splendida vista sugli uliveti. Camera da letto 2: una camera pulita e luminosa con 2 letti singoli ed eleganti armadi blu. La spiaggia di Pittulongu è una delle più belle della Costa Smeralda, lunga e ampia con una splendida sabbia bianca. È particolarmente apprezzata dalle famiglie, poiché le acque cristalline e poco profonde sono molto sicure per la balneazione. La zona è rinomata per lo snorkeling, grazie al mare incontaminato. Sulla spiaggia è possibile noleggiare lettini e ombrelloni, nonché moto d'acqua e tavole da windsurf se ci si sente più energici. Ci sono anche belle escursioni costiere con vista sulla famosa isola di Tavolara. L'isola di Tavolara sostiene di essere il regno più piccolo del mondo e merita una gita di un giorno per fare escursioni, nuotare e pranzare al famoso ristorante Da Tonino, gestito dall'attuale re dell'isola. Più vicino a casa, Pittulongu offre una varietà di ottimi ristoranti. Se preferite cucinare da soli, ci sono diversi mercati contadini a Olbia (a 11 minuti di auto dall'appartamento). Il mercato migliore è quello del sabato in Via Sangallo. A Pittulongu si trovano molti dei servizi di cui si può avere bisogno: negozi, farmacie, ecc. L'aeroporto di Olbia si trova a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Se pensate di arrivare in traghetto da Livorno o Civitavecchia, il terminal dei traghetti di Olbia è a soli 10 minuti di auto. Non adatto agli anziani, l'auto è indispensabile.

This place is great, it is exactly how it looks in the photos provided and only a short walk to the beach. The bus stop into Olbia is also footsteps away. Wonderful for families, the communal pool was nice for when the sun comes out. Even though it is a residential complex, it still felt private.

The property is located very close to the beach, 5 min walk in an area that is not overcrowded with tourists so even at peak of holiday season we could easily find a place to put our things on the sand or a table at a beach restaurant for lunch. There are a few restaurants nearby but the location is very quiet with no bars or party places - which for us was a plus, might be different to people looking for nightlife. There is also a small supermarket nearby with all the basics and a good bakery about 15-20min walk away. There is a bus stop 100m away with regular buses running to Olbia (about 20min ride). As for the property itself, it is spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities including washing machine and a dishwasher. We were on the top floor and enjoyed meals and drinks on a big, shaded terrace with a great view of the sea. There are AC units in the main kitchen/lounge area and the main bedroom which was very useful in the heat we had during our stay. The Wi-Fi was good although temperamental at times. The swimming pool was clean and good size as well. It is surrounded by a nice, well maintained garden as well. The communication with the management team was through whatsapp and was very effective with all the check-in and check-out information provided in an easy to understand documents. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay

Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer war traumhaft. Wir haben ihn jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Der Pool und der Garten sind auch sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool war Ende Oktober zwar sehr kalt, aber für eine kurze Erfrischung oder ein paar kurze Bahnen am Morgen sehr gut. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir so brauchten. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsselsafe. Unseren Ansprechpartner von Happy Rentals konnten wir jederzeit per Whats App kontaktieren und haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Die Lage ist toll. In der Straße gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizzeria und eine Straße weiter einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und mit dem Auto kann man viele Ausflüge im Norden von Sardinien machen. Die Betten waren schlecht. Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer waren ziemlich weich und durchgelegen. Es gab, wie in südlichen Ländern üblich, keine Bettdecken, sondern nur Laken zum zudecken. Die Couch in der Küche war auch unbequem.

Verblijf was heerlijk. Schoon huisje, fijne bedden. Enige minpunt was dat het zwembad redelijk koud was. En het warmde ook niet op gedurende de dag. Wel erg schoon!

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach, the bus stop, the supermarket and a fabulous pizza and pasta restaurant. The beds were comfortable and it was really quiet at night time.
