Situé à Melide, cet appartement de 2 chambres pour 4 personnes est bien relié à la gare de Melide ainsi qu'au terminal des ferries et constitue une base confortable tout au long de l'année pour profiter de vos séjours avec vos proches. Cette location est également idéale pour les nomades numériques dans le sud de la Suisse car elle dispose d'un espace de travail adapté aux ordinateurs portables et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. À l'intérieur, l'appartement de vacances est décoré de façon minimale mais avec goût, avec un grand canapé, un coin repas et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour garantir des vacances sans effort. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, un four, un four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et une machine Nespresso pour faciliter la préparation de repas maison à votre rythme ! Emplacement L'appartement de vacances est situé dans le village lacustre de Melide et bénéficie d'un emplacement bien desservi, d'où un large éventail de restaurants, le Lido di Melide et un supermarché sont accessibles en 10 à 20 minutes de marche. Le terminal des ferries de Bissone est également proche et la ligne de Melide, qui relie Lugano, Paradiso et d'autres villes, se trouve à 20 minutes de marche de l'appartement. L'attraction mondialement connue Swissminitur, la chaussée de Melide et le magnifique jardin botanique du sommet de la montagne, le Parco San Grato, se trouvent à 18 minutes de marche. Pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer San Salvatore et ses chemins de randonnée pittoresques, le funiculaire se trouve à 15 minutes de route de l'hôtel. Le musée dédié à l'écrivain Herman Hesse, lauréat du prix Nobel, se trouve quant à lui à 20 minutes de route. La ville animée de Lugano, avec le serein Parco Ciani au bord du lac, l'emblématique Piazza della Riforma et ses nombreuses terrasses, le Trenino Turistico, le casino de Lugano et un large éventail de discothèques pour les amateurs de fêtes, se trouve à 15 minutes de route de l'appartement de vacances. L'aéroport international le plus proche est Milan Malpensa, à environ 50 minutes de route de cet appartement de vacances à Bissone. Pour ceux qui viennent en train, la gare de Gotthard pour Melide se trouve à 15 minutes de marche.

The place is clean & nice but No fan No A/C. It’s so hot in the house. We try to open the windows all the bugs came in the house. Other than that everything is fine. And due to the construction we can’t even enjoy the view.

The apartment is very spacious, convenient, comfortable and very warm. Beds with good mattresses, sleep was calm and deep. The view from the windows is gorgeous on the lake and mountains. We really liked it. We will come again.

Appartamento ampio, tranquillo, con una vista eccezionale sul Lago di Lugano e sulle montagne circostanti. Ottimo e agevole il parcheggio coperto incluso nel prezzo. La location è perfetta anche per chi vuole visitare Lugano (a pochi minuti d’auto) e i vicini villaggi tipici del Ticino (Morcote, Vico Morcote, Bissone), oltre ovviamente a Melide. Nell’appartamento qualche piccolo ritocco non sarebbe superfluo (lampadine, tende). Abbiamo trascorso una settimana completamente rilassante e abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare un giro in barca in una giornata baciata dal sole autunnale: esperienza unica. Per chi vuole godersi il Ticino senza lo stress e i rumori della città l’appartamento è altamente consigliabile.

Amazing view of the lake. You need a car however to get to the attractions. Wonderful staff. The property could use a small fan given there is no ac. Lovely small town.

Sinceramente el departamento estaba en excelente condiciones!!!! Una vista increible. Todo casi perfecto salvo la bolsa de basura que no sabiamos donde dejar al salir. Pero tuvimos respuestas rapidas por parte de Happy rental. Recomendado 100 por ciento!!!!!!

I spend four excellent days in the Melide by the Lake property. The accommodations are quite spacious (well, save maybe the kitchen, but what you expect) and very comfortable. The view is unbeatable making it really hard to leave the apartment, in the morning, to explore. Nevertheless explore you must as Lugano, the Lake and all the nearby communities (Melide, Morcote and further up places like Bellinzona and Locarno) shouldn't be missed. The support team is very friendly and showed a lot of patience as some of the mechanics of the location (how parking works, or where to recycle, or even which mailbox has the magic key box) can be hard to grasp at first (of course you then feel silly as things are quite obvious once you understand them). I definitely recommend the property

Die Lage ist toll, der Ausblick aus Balkon wunderschön! Die Beschreibung zum Appartment und Self check in sehr gut und einfach. Leider fehlt der Wohlfühlfaktor in der Wohnung. Sehr spartanisch und merkwürdig eingerichtet. Spinnen überall, schwaches Licht. Das geht besser. Der Aufenthalt war okay. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt aber nicht ganz.
