Questo appartamento a schiera è in una posizione perfetta per esplorare il Lago di Lugano e le splendide cittadine che ne costeggiano le rive. Situato a Melide, l’appartamento con 2 camere da letto per 4 persone è ben collegato alla stazione di Melide e al terminal dei traghetti e offre una comoda base per godersi il soggiorno con i propri cari in ogni periodo dell’anno. L’alloggio è ideale anche per i nomadi digitali nella Svizzera meridionale, poiché dispone di uno spazio di lavoro adatto all’uso del laptop e offre la connessione Wi-Fi.
All’interno, l’appartamento è arredato in stile minimalista ma di buon gusto, con un ampio divano, una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata per garantire una vacanza in autonomia senza pensieri. Sono presenti lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, frigorifero e macchina da caffè Nespresso per preparare in tutta tranquillità pasti fatti in casa al proprio ritmo!

Posizione
L’appartamento per le vacanze si trova nel villaggio lacustre di Melide e gode di una posizione ben servita, da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente, con una passeggiata di 10-20 minuti, una vasta scelta di ristoranti, il Lido di Melide e un supermercato. Anche il terminal dei traghetti di Bissone si trova nelle vicinanze e la fermata dei mezzi pubblici di Melide – con collegamenti per Lugano, Paradiso e altre località – dista 20 minuti a piedi da qui.
L’attrazione di fama mondiale Swissminitur, la passerella di Melide e il bellissimo giardino botanico in cima alla montagna del Parco San Grato sono comodamente raggiungibili in 18 minuti a piedi. Per chi desidera esplorare San Salvatore e i suoi suggestivi percorsi escursionistici, la funicolare si trova a 15 minuti di auto dall’alloggio. Il museo dedicato allo scrittore premio Nobel Herman Hesse dista invece circa 20 minuti di auto da qui.
La vivace città di Lugano, con il tranquillo Parco Ciani in riva al lago, l’iconica Piazza della Riforma con le sue numerose terrazze, il Trenino Turistico, il casinò di Lugano e una vasta scelta di discoteche per gli amanti del divertimento, dista appena 15 minuti in auto dall’appartamento vacanze. L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 50 minuti di auto da questo appartamento vacanze a Bissone. Per chi arriva in treno, la stazione ferroviaria del Gottardo per Melide dista 15 minuti a piedi da qui.

The place is clean & nice but No fan No A/C. It’s so hot in the house. We try to open the windows all the bugs came in the house. Other than that everything is fine. And due to the construction we can’t even enjoy the view.

The apartment is very spacious, convenient, comfortable and very warm. Beds with good mattresses, sleep was calm and deep. The view from the windows is gorgeous on the lake and mountains. We really liked it. We will come again.

Appartamento ampio, tranquillo, con una vista eccezionale sul Lago di Lugano e sulle montagne circostanti. Ottimo e agevole il parcheggio coperto incluso nel prezzo. La location è perfetta anche per chi vuole visitare Lugano (a pochi minuti d’auto) e i vicini villaggi tipici del Ticino (Morcote, Vico Morcote, Bissone), oltre ovviamente a Melide. Nell’appartamento qualche piccolo ritocco non sarebbe superfluo (lampadine, tende). Abbiamo trascorso una settimana completamente rilassante e abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare un giro in barca in una giornata baciata dal sole autunnale: esperienza unica. Per chi vuole godersi il Ticino senza lo stress e i rumori della città l’appartamento è altamente consigliabile.

I spend four excellent days in the Melide by the Lake property. The accommodations are quite spacious (well, save maybe the kitchen, but what you expect) and very comfortable. The view is unbeatable making it really hard to leave the apartment, in the morning, to explore. Nevertheless explore you must as Lugano, the Lake and all the nearby communities (Melide, Morcote and further up places like Bellinzona and Locarno) shouldn't be missed. The support team is very friendly and showed a lot of patience as some of the mechanics of the location (how parking works, or where to recycle, or even which mailbox has the magic key box) can be hard to grasp at first (of course you then feel silly as things are quite obvious once you understand them). I definitely recommend the property

Die Lage ist toll, der Ausblick aus Balkon wunderschön! Die Beschreibung zum Appartment und Self check in sehr gut und einfach. Leider fehlt der Wohlfühlfaktor in der Wohnung. Sehr spartanisch und merkwürdig eingerichtet. Spinnen überall, schwaches Licht. Das geht besser. Der Aufenthalt war okay. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt aber nicht ganz.

Bellissimo appartamento con vista meravigliosa, tutto molto bene... Host gentile e cordiale, l'unico neo la cucina è un po datata, abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad utilizzare il forno... Apparte ciò lo consiglio...

Die Lage ist toll, der Ausblick aus Balkon wunderschön! Die Beschreibung zum Appartment und Self check in sehr gut und einfach. Leider fehlt der Wohlfühlfaktor in der Wohnung. Sehr spartanisch und merkwürdig eingerichtet. Spinnen überall, schwaches Licht. Das geht besser. Der Aufenthalt war okay. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt aber nicht ganz.
