We also appreciate your comments regarding the digital access system. Our SmartKey solution is designed to provide guests with flexibility and independent access throughout their stay. We understand, however, that different smartphone models and individual familiarity with digital access systems can sometimes affect the initial user experience. For this reason, our team is always available to assist guests, and we also offer a physical access badge upon request for those who prefer a more traditional solution. Regarding communication, we are sorry to learn that you felt limited by the language options available during your stay.
