Cet appartement de vacances au 7ème étage de Lugano est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir cette belle ville alpine à pied et profiter d'un séjour pratique avec leurs proches. Le studio avec balcon est idéal pour 2 personnes. Il est situé juste à côté d'une multitude de commodités comme des restaurants et un supermarché et à une agréable promenade du centre historique de Lugano. Depuis le balcon ensoleillé de l'appartement, les clients peuvent profiter de vues panoramiques sur la ville, tandis qu'à l'intérieur, ils peuvent se détendre dans un espace confortable et entièrement meublé, doté de tous les équipements essentiels. Il y a un lit simple avec un lit simple extractible, une table à manger moderne et une kitchenette ouverte avec une machine à café, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, un grille-pain et une bouilloire électrique à la disposition des clients. Un ascenseur permet d'accéder facilement à l'appartement. Salle de bains La salle de bains moderne est équipée d'une baignoire et de toilettes. En outre, la salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire et d'un WC. - Dispositif Wi-Fi portable (payant) - Animaux admis sur demande - Parking public payant - Ascenseur - Fer et planche à repasser - Télévision à écran plat Emplacement L'appartement de vacances jouit d'une excellente situation qui permet d'accéder au meilleur de Lugano sans avoir recours à la voiture. Le centre de Lugano, avec le Parco Ciani, l'emblématique Piazza della Riforma, le Trenino Turistico, le casino de Lugano et un grand nombre de discothèques, n'est qu'à 20 minutes de marche de l'appartement de vacances. Toutefois, pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre loin des foules, le Lido San Domenico et le sentier de l'Oliveraie pour les randonnées au bord du lac se trouvent à 8 minutes en voiture ! Pour un séjour autonome sans souci, vous trouverez de nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars et supermarchés juste à côté, et l'arrêt de bus le plus proche est la Via Beltramina, à 3 minutes de marche de l'hôtel. L'aéroport international le plus proche, Milan Malpensa, et le magnifique Ponte dei Salti dans la vallée de Verzasca se trouvent tous deux à environ 70 minutes de route de cet appartement de vacances à Lugano.

Gute Position (oberste Etage). Coop, Migros, Bar vor dem Haus. Sehr gute ÖV-Anbindung und PubliBike-Station (sehr zu empfehlen) gleich ums Eck. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ev. wäre eine Beschattung (Markise o. ähnliches) sinnvoll. Das Studio heizt sich tagsüber ziemlich stark auf. Gerne komme ich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Preis-Leistung war super, Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen um Lugano zu erkunden, alles was man benötigt war in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bus etc.) jederzeit wider ein Besuch wert. Unterkunft ist wie auf Bildern, zu zweit optimale Größe.

The property had a really wonderful view that truly stole the show.The overall condition was decent and met my basic needs for a comfortable stay. However, the presence of a lingering smoke smell was a notable downside that affected the overall ambiance. While the property was tidy and well-maintained, the odor was a detractor. The Happy Rentals team displayed great responsiveness when I encountered a heat wave during my stay. They promptly provided a fan that helped alleviate the discomfort caused by soaring temperatures. However, it’s important to note that the place doesn’t have AC. One aspect that could certainly be improved is the check-in process. It required an inconvenient detour to pick up and later return the keys at a location that wasn't particularly close to the property. This process was a minor inconvenience, especially after a long journey to reach the destination. Streamlining the key handoff would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.

Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden (kaputt). Parkplatz infos sind irreführend. Dafür hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt, es ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet und es hat ein Coop vor dem Haus. :)

price was expensive for what is was. was no hair dryer, or stove as advertised. also no toilet roll holder or hooks in bathroom. also no wifi provided and no parking provided. so you have added cost of parking on road
