Una scelta super pratica per chi ama esplorare a piedi! Questo appartamento per vacanze al 7° piano di Lugano è perfetto per chi vuole scoprire questa bellissima città alpina a piedi e godere anche di un comodo soggiorno in self-catering con i propri cari. Il monolocale con balcone è ideale per 2 persone. Si trova a pochi passi da numerosi servizi come ristoranti e supermercati e a una piacevole passeggiata dal centro storico di Lugano. Dal balcone soleggiato dell'appartamento, gli ospiti possono godere di ampie viste panoramiche sulla città, mentre all'interno possono rilassarsi in uno spazio accogliente e completamente arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono un letto singolo con un letto singolo estraibile, un moderno tavolo da pranzo e un angolo cottura aperto con macchina da caffè, microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane e bollitore elettrico. L'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Bagno Il bagno moderno è dotato di vasca e WC. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi portatile (a pagamento) - Animali ammessi su richiesta - Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento - Ascensore - Ferro e asse da stiro - TV a schermo piatto Posizione L'appartamento gode di un'ottima posizione da cui è possibile raggiungere il meglio di Lugano senza dover ricorrere all'auto. Il centro di Lugano, con il Parco Ciani, l'iconica Piazza della Riforma, il Trenino Turistico, il Casinò di Lugano e un'ampia scelta di discoteche, si trova a soli 20 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Tuttavia, per coloro che desiderano rilassarsi lontano dalla folla, il Lido San Domenico e il sentiero degli ulivi per le escursioni sul lago sono a 8 minuti di auto! Per un soggiorno spensierato e indipendente, ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati nelle vicinanze e la fermata dell'autobus più vicina è Via Beltramina, a soli 3 minuti a piedi. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino, Milano Malpensa, e lo splendido Ponte dei Salti in Valle Verzasca sono entrambi a circa 70 minuti di auto da questo appartamento per vacanze a Lugano.

Gute Position (oberste Etage). Coop, Migros, Bar vor dem Haus. Sehr gute ÖV-Anbindung und PubliBike-Station (sehr zu empfehlen) gleich ums Eck. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ev. wäre eine Beschattung (Markise o. ähnliches) sinnvoll. Das Studio heizt sich tagsüber ziemlich stark auf. Gerne komme ich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Preis-Leistung war super, Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen um Lugano zu erkunden, alles was man benötigt war in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bus etc.) jederzeit wider ein Besuch wert. Unterkunft ist wie auf Bildern, zu zweit optimale Größe.

The property had a really wonderful view that truly stole the show.The overall condition was decent and met my basic needs for a comfortable stay. However, the presence of a lingering smoke smell was a notable downside that affected the overall ambiance. While the property was tidy and well-maintained, the odor was a detractor. The Happy Rentals team displayed great responsiveness when I encountered a heat wave during my stay. They promptly provided a fan that helped alleviate the discomfort caused by soaring temperatures. However, it’s important to note that the place doesn’t have AC. One aspect that could certainly be improved is the check-in process. It required an inconvenient detour to pick up and later return the keys at a location that wasn't particularly close to the property. This process was a minor inconvenience, especially after a long journey to reach the destination. Streamlining the key handoff would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.

Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden (kaputt). Parkplatz infos sind irreführend. Dafür hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt, es ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet und es hat ein Coop vor dem Haus. :)

price was expensive for what is was. was no hair dryer, or stove as advertised. also no toilet roll holder or hooks in bathroom. also no wifi provided and no parking provided. so you have added cost of parking on road
