Située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage des Groules et de Biot, cette maison de vacances de 3 chambres est idéale pour profiter du meilleur d'Antibes, mais aussi pour se retrouver, se détendre et s'adonner à des moments de plaisir sans fin avec ses proches. La maison peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et offre de superbes équipements intérieurs et extérieurs. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine d'été en plein air avec un barbecue/four à pizza et un magnifique espace privé pour les repas en plein air. À l'intérieur, la maison est entièrement équipée pour divertir et ravir les hôtes de tous âges : elle dispose d'un billard, d'une bibliothèque et d'une console de jeux, ainsi que d'une chaîne hi-fi et d'une station d'accueil pour iPod. Un bain turc/hammam est également disponible pour une détente absolue.
La maison dispose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée pour un séjour sans souci ; les hôtes y trouveront tout le nécessaire, de la machine à café Nespresso au réfrigérateur en passant par le grille-pain. Un parking privé, le Wi-Fi gratuit et un espace de travail adapté aux ordinateurs portables sont également disponibles dans cette maison de vacances dynamique et animée à Antibes !

Les trois chambres disposent d'un lit double et d'une salle de bains privative.
Lit bébé disponible sur demande (pour éviter tout risque d'étouffement, nous ne fournissons ni draps ni oreillers pour le lit bébé).

Les trois salles de bains attenantes sont équipées d'une douche et de toilettes.
Un WC supplémentaire est disponible dans l'appartement pour plus de commodité.

Situation
À quelques minutes en voiture ou à pied, vous découvrirez une multitude d’attractions et de commodités pour rendre votre séjour vraiment mémorable. À quelques pas seulement, vous trouverez Antibes Landmark, le golf d'Antibes et Biot, où vous pourrez vous amuser en famille ou entre amis. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une journée ensoleillée sur l'une des plages immaculées, comme la plage des Groules, située à seulement 15 minutes à pied de votre location. Pour les amateurs d'art, le célèbre musée Picasso n'est qu'à 20 minutes en voiture, et l'ambiance festive de Juan-Les-Pins se trouve également à peu près à la même distance. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de la délicieuse cuisine provençale dans les restaurants voisins ou visiter le célèbre Cours Masséna, un marché local en plein air proposant des produits frais, à moins de 15 minutes en voiture d’ici.
De là, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes et Monaco sont toutes accessibles en 30 à 90 minutes de route. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Nice-Côte d'Azur, à environ 25 minutes de route.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Maison Marine. Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Besonders positiv ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Auch der offene Wohn- und Essbereich ist fantastisch, vor allem wenn man mit einer Gruppe unterwegs ist. Die Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch bei kleineren Anliegen konnten wir jederzeit übers Handy schnell Unterstützung erhalten. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass in den Schlafzimmern teilweise Schränke gefehlt haben, um persönliche Dinge zu verstauen – für sechs Personen war der Stauraum etwas knapp. Insgesamt können wir den Aufenthalt aber absolut empfehlen.

Privat og rolig sted med mye plass. Huset er uten aircondition, men gode vifter på alle soverom. Pluss med tivoli og badeland som nærmeste nabo. Ca 1 km til fin steinstrand og ca 3/4 km til Antibes sentrum. God togforbindelse til Antibes, Nice og Monaco.

Beautiful House as described in Pictures. The host was responsive and available for any queries. Ground Floor: -Nice Living Room french windows overlooking the garden. - Very Well eqipped kitchen - Wc Unit 1st Floor - 1 Master Bedroom with ensuite turkish bath and wc. The turkish bath with mood lights was an excellent experience. Must try. - 1 bedroom with attached shower area - 1 bedroom with inbuilt kids room and small shower area - Separate wc unit Overall a great stay. We had our own car so heading anywhere was not an issue. Not sure about public transport.

Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful. The villa was enormous, providing plenty of room for relaxation and socializing. The ground floor was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Outside, the garden was a delight with its various trees and flowers. The beds were comfortable. The villa's location was a great starting point for exploring the region by car. There is a private parking space inside the property. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience. And there are some chickens running on the other side of the fence :)

Casa perfetta per un soggiorno in famiglia, meno adatta a trasferte di lavoro, soprattutto per la disposizione delle camere e bagni. Pulizia buona, solo un po' di odore di chiuso e muffa probabilmente dovuto al fatto che la casa fosse chiusa da tempo. Casa comunque attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Molto bello lo spazio comune al piano terra e il giardino. Posizione in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, comodo il cortile esterno per parcheggiare la macchina.

The villa is very well equipped but the one big issue is there is no air con and the house was exceptionally hot all day and night. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan which was fairly adequate but the other 2 bedrooms had very inadequate electric fans and made for very uncomfortable nights sleep. There was no manual for guests so we had no idea how to access the internet, where to put the rubbish and recycling . The house offered a hammam but there was no instructions how to operate it. So over all we felt that although the property was very spacious and a nice space it was totally lacking in information

Les draps sales et usés , la literie n est pas bonne La vaisselle sale Les baies vitrées impossibles à ouvrir par manque d entretien Poussière et toiles d araignée Petit électroménager ne fonctionne pas correctement voir dangereux (fuite sur la bouilloire) gril pain ne fonctionne pas Les produits de toilette fournis sont minimaliste et pas de bonne qualité Les condiments laissés dans la maison sont périmés On ale sentiment d une maison qui n est pas entretenue Seul point positif l espace extérieur On s attend a beaucoup mieux compte tenu du prix

The house itself is nice, has firm but comfortables mattresses, a good kitchen. There was a good range of things to do, with a small pool table, badminton set available and a piano. You do have to put toilet paper in bin not flush. The problems came with the booking going through Happy Rentals plus Air B n B. Terrible at communicating with us, as well as adding extra steps so you could check in. We had tried contacting through Air B n B, both phone numbers on the PDF, to speak about the check in such as early check in and the key safe code. They had over 24 hours to respond by text and email and failed to do so. We ended up using the live chat which gave us a helpline number for Spain. It was only after we called the Spanish branch that anyone would respond to us by text. Finally sent a text saying we could have checked in 3 hours ago and the key safe code, causing much stress. They only left 1 washing machine tablet & 4 toilet rolls for the group of 6 staying for 4 days!

Es war ein tolles Anwesen. Groß und geräumig. Voll ausgestattet außer einer Klimaanlage. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Schlafkapazitäten für genügend Urlauber. Strandnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Le logement est grand, cependant le jardin est coupé en 2 car partagé ave un autre locataire je presume. il est indiqué qu'internet est accessible mais impossible de se connecter au WiFi. De plus il y a une tv mais sans antenne donc pas de possibilité de regarder la tv.

Es war ein tolles Anwesen. Groß und geräumig. Voll ausgestattet außer einer Klimaanlage. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Schlafkapazitäten für genügend Urlauber. Strandnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Le logement est grand, cependant le jardin est coupé en 2 car partagé ave un autre locataire je presume. il est indiqué qu'internet est accessible mais impossible de se connecter au WiFi. De plus il y a une tv mais sans antenne donc pas de possibilité de regarder la tv.
