L'ultimo rifugio per famiglie a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, servizi e dalla spiaggia di Antibes! Situata a pochi minuti a piedi da Plage les Groules e da Biot, questa casa vacanze con 3 camere da letto è perfetta per godersi il meglio di Antibes e per connettersi, rilassarsi e divertirsi ininterrottamente con i propri cari. La casa può ospitare facilmente fino a 6 persone e offre favolosi servizi interni ed esterni. All'esterno c'è una cucina estiva all'aperto con un barbecue/forno per pizza e un bellissimo spazio privato per mangiare all'aperto. All'interno, invece, la casa è completamente attrezzata per intrattenere e deliziare gli ospiti di tutte le età e dispone di un tavolo da biliardo, una libreria e una console di gioco, oltre a uno stereo per la musica e una docking station per iPod. C'è anche un bagno turco/hammam per un relax assoluto. La casa dispone di una cucina completa per un soggiorno spensierato; gli ospiti troveranno a loro disposizione tutti i comfort, dalla macchina da caffè Nespresso al frigorifero e al tostapane. Un parcheggio privato, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e una postazione di lavoro adatta ai computer portatili sono disponibili in questa dinamica e vivace casa vacanze di Antibes! Dormire Tutte e tre le camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Culla disponibile su richiesta (per evitare rischi di soffocamento non forniamo lenzuola o cuscini per la culla). Il bagno I tre bagni in camera sono dotati di doccia e WC. Nell'appartamento è presente un ulteriore WC per una maggiore comodità. Posizione A breve distanza in auto o con una piacevole passeggiata, scoprirete una pletora di attrazioni e servizi che renderanno il vostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. A pochi passi di distanza, si trovano Antibes Landmark, Antibes Golf e Biot per divertirsi con la famiglia e gli amici. Potrete anche godervi una giornata di sole in una delle spiagge incontaminate, come Plage les Groules, situata a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal vostro appartamento. Per gli appassionati d'arte, il rinomato Museo Picasso è a soli 20 minuti d'auto, mentre la vibrante atmosfera festaiola di Juan-Les-Pins si trova alla stessa distanza. Potrete inoltre gustare la deliziosa cucina provenzale nei ristoranti vicini o visitare il famoso Cours Massena, un mercato locale all'aperto che vende prodotti freschi a 15 minuti di auto. Da qui Nizza, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes e Monaco sono raggiungibili in 30-90 minuti di auto. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Nizza-Costa Azzurra, a circa 25 minuti di auto.

Privat og rolig sted med mye plass. Huset er uten aircondition, men gode vifter på alle soverom. Pluss med tivoli og badeland som nærmeste nabo. Ca 1 km til fin steinstrand og ca 3/4 km til Antibes sentrum. God togforbindelse til Antibes, Nice og Monaco.

Beautiful House as described in Pictures. The host was responsive and available for any queries. Ground Floor: -Nice Living Room french windows overlooking the garden. - Very Well eqipped kitchen - Wc Unit 1st Floor - 1 Master Bedroom with ensuite turkish bath and wc. The turkish bath with mood lights was an excellent experience. Must try. - 1 bedroom with attached shower area - 1 bedroom with inbuilt kids room and small shower area - Separate wc unit Overall a great stay. We had our own car so heading anywhere was not an issue. Not sure about public transport.

Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful. The villa was enormous, providing plenty of room for relaxation and socializing. The ground floor was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Outside, the garden was a delight with its various trees and flowers. The beds were comfortable. The villa's location was a great starting point for exploring the region by car. There is a private parking space inside the property. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience. And there are some chickens running on the other side of the fence :)

Casa perfetta per un soggiorno in famiglia, meno adatta a trasferte di lavoro, soprattutto per la disposizione delle camere e bagni. Pulizia buona, solo un po' di odore di chiuso e muffa probabilmente dovuto al fatto che la casa fosse chiusa da tempo. Casa comunque attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Molto bello lo spazio comune al piano terra e il giardino. Posizione in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, comodo il cortile esterno per parcheggiare la macchina.

Le logement est grand, cependant le jardin est coupé en 2 car partagé ave un autre locataire je presume. il est indiqué qu'internet est accessible mais impossible de se connecter au WiFi. De plus il y a une tv mais sans antenne donc pas de possibilité de regarder la tv.
