This apartment was absolutely perfect. Located near everything and possible the nicest town around lake como. So much to do for the family in this area. The apartment was perfect for a family of 6. We will be staying here again in the future.

+ Appartement is heel netjes en voorzien van alle luxe + wasmachine en droogkast + oven, micro, frigo en diepvries + ligging, dichtbij de veerboot, het stadje + tuin waar elk moment tot 18u wel ergens zon is om te liggen - zwembad heeft in de ochtend en na 17u schaduw. Het water is veel te koud. We hebben er enkel op de hete dagen ingezeten. - drukke straat langs het appartement

It was a great stay, with just a few areas for improvement: - The apartment floor was dusty. - The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are terrible. Blackout curtains in an apartment of this quality should completely block out outside light. - The air conditioning control was difficult to maintain at the desired temperature.

- great location, a few minutes from the lake/ferry/downtown by feet - accomodation is very modern, good Equipment, great pool, garden, lake view - easy communication with the Office by whatsapp. The Office ist also nearly to the accomodation - defects: air conditioner didn't work at first. The employeers came directly after contacting the Office; after two days we had no warm water. We communicated this to the Office, bit nobody came to fix it so we had two days without warm water
