Il prestigioso Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club dista 9 minuti in auto. Per gli amanti della natura, il sentiero escursionistico che porta al belvedere della Crocetta si trova nelle vicinanze.
Il centro di Menaggio rappresenta un affascinante punto di partenza per esplorare le attrazioni del Lago di Como. La località è ben attrezzata per soggiorni in autonomia, con piazze costellate di caffè che si mescolano a ristoranti, boutique di souvenir e supermercati, tutti situati a pochi passi dalla posizione ben collegata dell’appartamento. La località turistica offre anche una varietà di attività diurne, come il kayak e la motonautica.
L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 80 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanze a Menaggio. Le stazioni dei traghetti e degli autobus si trovano a soli 5 minuti da qui.

Beautifully clean, spacious, apartment that was well stocked with all the amenities a traveler needs. Great location, close to the heart of town. We didn't have time to use the pool, but we appreciated that it was there. Washer/dryer was very helpful to have. AC worked well. Easy check-in and check-out process.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped, and had a great patio seating area with views of the lake and the mountains. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The apartment was very clean. It’s an easy walk to nice restaurants and shops. The ferry is also less than a five minute walk. Menaggio is just across from Verana and Bellagio so ferry day trips were so easy. This is a more laid back village and not so crowded.

+ Appartement is heel netjes en voorzien van alle luxe + wasmachine en droogkast + oven, micro, frigo en diepvries + ligging, dichtbij de veerboot, het stadje + tuin waar elk moment tot 18u wel ergens zon is om te liggen - zwembad heeft in de ochtend en na 17u schaduw. Het water is veel te koud. We hebben er enkel op de hete dagen ingezeten. - drukke straat langs het appartement

It was a great stay, with just a few areas for improvement: - The apartment floor was dusty. - The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are terrible. Blackout curtains in an apartment of this quality should completely block out outside light. - The air conditioning control was difficult to maintain at the desired temperature.

- great location, a few minutes from the lake/ferry/downtown by feet - accomodation is very modern, good Equipment, great pool, garden, lake view - easy communication with the Office by whatsapp. The Office ist also nearly to the accomodation - defects: air conditioner didn't work at first. The employeers came directly after contacting the Office; after two days we had no warm water. We communicated this to the Office, bit nobody came to fix it so we had two days without warm water
