Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und zu Fuss einen Katzensprung zur Altstadt, See, Park etc. Die Beschreibung passt zur Wohnung. Die Möbel sind bereits etwas abgenutzt. Das Willkommensgeschenk war super DANKE! Die Küche war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet um ein Wochenende zu verbringen. Gekocht haben wir jedoch nicht. Das Appartment liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse-mit geschlossenen Fenster kann gut geschlafen werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell und speditiv. Wir würden wieder buchen. Danke für die tolle Zeit in Lugano.

Die Lage der etwas teuren Unterkunft ist sehr gut, alles ist in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, der Zugang sehr gut und einfach. Die Strasse ist nicht wirklich leise, aber das stört nur, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich gut, allerdings wird etwas zu sehr an den WC-Rollen und an den Waschtabs gespart. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir mehr mitgenommen, so mussten wir ein ganzes Pack kaufen. Zudem fehlt Essenzielles wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl - solche Sachen gehören für mich zur Grundausstattung. Nichtsdestotrotz empfehlenswert für jene, die keinen persönlichen Touch in einem Airbnb wünschen (da es sich um ein Renditeobjekt handelt).

ein geniales Appartement an super zentraler Lage für See, Bahnhof, Kirchen, Restaurants. Man braucht kein Auto und kann alles schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung war blitzesauber und identisch wie auf den Bilder einfach noch grösser, perfekt für Familien mit vielen Kindern. Ausstattung mehr als man erwartet, es hat alles. Lugano was such a beautiful place! The Airbnb was really nice… from the beds to the bathrooms to the kitchens (we rented two to accommodate all 8 of us. ) It was beautiful. We were all pleased with the Airbnb!

Overall great stay! Super clean, big space, easy to walk to everything, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Furniture and decor was minimal. All appliances and cookware and dish-wear available. Note that there is a Nespresso machine but no coffee is supplied, and laundry available so bring your own detergent. They give you only one dishwasher tablet so we had to buy those items on arrival- which was easy since grocery is nearby. This place worked great for our trip- we loved Lugano and the surrounding area

In most ways this place was perfect for two families - lots of space, separately accessed apartments, beautiful common rooms, and close to everything in central Lugano! I also particularly appreciated how flexible the host was on checking in and out. The layout of the rooms between the two apartments makes it better for a small-big pairing versus two equal sized families - but it did also work well enough for our two families of four. The amenities are all very modern, and again for the most part the details were spot on. There were some small issues we dealt with while we were here that prevented this from being a five star review (with internet, laundry, air conditioning, etc) - but the host was responsive to everything we flagged for them during the stay, and resolved basically everything within 12 hours so it’s not a major complaint.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O apartamento estava limpo e a localização é muito boa. Tivemos uma questão que nos incomodou. A comunicação com os anfitriões não foi fácil. Demoram muito para responder às mensagens. Um dos banheiros não tem chave para trancar a porta. Então, foi desconfortável usar o banheiro e tomar banho sabendo que a porta não estava trancada.

Great central location and hosts were very responsive but apartment definitely needs some TLC. If you're fine with minimal amenities, you'll be fine. If you expect a little more from an Airbnb, you might be disappointed. We encountered issues from Day 1 of our stay through our last day, such as broken A/C unit in the living room and broken Fridge in one of the units. The hosts were notified and they sent someone out but every day we had new issues that weren't resolved and had to deal with which wasn't ideal during our vacation. The apartment is clean but definitely needs some upgrades (to the sofa beds and dining chairs) as the items are starting to fall apart. I wish it had been a better experience for us.

ein geniales Appartement an super zentraler Lage für See, Bahnhof, Kirchen, Restaurants. Man braucht kein Auto und kann alles schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung war blitzesauber und identisch wie auf den Bilder einfach noch grösser, perfekt für Familien mit vielen Kindern. Ausstattung mehr als man erwartet, es hat alles. Und Reaktionszeit der Gastgeber blitzschnell. Vielen Dank. wir kommen wieder!

Lugano was such a beautiful place! The Airbnb was really nice… from the beds to the bathrooms to the kitchens (we rented two to accommodate all 8 of us. ) It was beautiful. We were all pleased with the Airbnb!

Overall great stay! Super clean, big space, easy to walk to everything, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Furniture and decor was minimal. All appliances and cookware and dish-wear available. Note that there is a Nespresso machine but no coffee is supplied, and laundry available so bring your own detergent. They give you only one dishwasher tablet so we had to buy those items on arrival- which was easy since grocery is nearby. This place worked great for our trip- we loved Lugano and the surrounding area

In most ways this place was perfect for two families - lots of space, separately accessed apartments, beautiful common rooms, and close to everything in central Lugano! I also particularly appreciated how flexible the host was on checking in and out. The layout of the rooms between the two apartments makes it better for a small-big pairing versus two equal sized families - but it did also work well enough for our two families of four. The amenities are all very modern, and again for the most part the details were spot on. There were some small issues we dealt with while we were here that prevented this from being a five star review (with internet, laundry, air conditioning, etc) - but the host was responsive to everything we flagged for them during the stay, and resolved basically everything within 12 hours so it’s not a major complaint.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O apartamento estava limpo e a localização é muito boa. Tivemos uma questão que nos incomodou. A comunicação com os anfitriões não foi fácil. Demoram muito para responder às mensagens. Um dos banheiros não tem chave para trancar a porta. Então, foi desconfortável usar o banheiro e tomar banho sabendo que a porta não estava trancada.

Great central location and hosts were very responsive but apartment definitely needs some TLC. If you're fine with minimal amenities, you'll be fine. If you expect a little more from an Airbnb, you might be disappointed. We encountered issues from Day 1 of our stay through our last day, such as broken A/C unit in the living room and broken Fridge in one of the units. The hosts were notified and they sent someone out but every day we had new issues that weren't resolved and had to deal with which wasn't ideal during our vacation. The apartment is clean but definitely needs some upgrades (to the sofa beds and dining chairs) as the items are starting to fall apart. I wish it had been a better experience for us.
