Cette villa magnifiquement restaurée, située au cœur de l'Ombrie, est la destination de vacances idéale pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille nombreuse. Dotée d'une piscine privée et de grands jardins, la villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. L'élégant rez-de-chaussée, avec ses carreaux de terre cuite et ses plafonds aux poutres traditionnelles, comprend une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes avec un foyer ouvert, idéal pour les feux d'hiver, un grand espace de jeux/salon, un billard de taille normale et une cuisine spacieuse, avec une table en bois pour les repas plus décontractés. La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière, d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur et d'un grille-pain. Une porte de la cuisine mène à la charmante loggia voûtée en briques, où les hôtes peuvent dîner à l'extérieur, à l'abri de la chaleur du soleil de midi. Au premier étage de la villa, il y a un salon plus formel avec des canapés et de belles vues sur la campagne environnante. Les jardins bien entretenus offrent plusieurs possibilités de s'asseoir et de manger en plein air, notamment une terrasse et une pergola, plus près de la piscine privée. La piscine est entourée de chaises longues où les clients peuvent se détendre après la baignade. Il y a également un terrain de jeu séparé pour le football ou d'autres activités, ainsi que des jouets d'extérieur pour les enfants. This is an exquisite property with views odd both the front and back of the villa. From the back of the house, you can see Assisi glimmering in the afternoon sun. The property has a gardener who comes to tend the yard and oil each morning. The owner is a local vinter, owning the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the villa. The bedrooms are spacious - each with their own bath. Common areas are abundant as well. There are several dining locations both inside and outdoors. The pool is lovely with seating and lounge chairs nearby. Daniele - our host was very responsive to all questions/issues and provided us a complimentary set of his wines to enjoy during our stay! Torgiano and surrounding towns also have a host of great restaurants to try as well as a grocery store and farmacia less than a mile down the road. Such an amazing place to enjoy all that Umbria has to offer!

The villa was amazing and the views absolutely stunning! There were 6 couples and we all had very spacious bedrooms with en-suites. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking in the villa. There were two large dining areas outside, one undercover if it was raining. The pool area was cleaned every day and although we didn’t use it, had a pizza oven and bbq. Daniel, the host is always on hand if you have issues and we enjoyed some of his delicious wine!! Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay are already planning to return.

Our family stayed for a week for our son’s wedding at a local venue. Daniele was a great host, always available to help with recommendations for our needs. The villa is amazing, inside and out. Daniele and his wife prepared a dinner for our group of 12. Incredible food and wine! Such a relaxing week for our family. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa.

A very heartfelt thanks to Daniele who was a wonderful host with wonderful communication on any questions issues throughout our two week stay. The property is spectacular with views off the front and back of the residence. We even saw a magnificent rainbow over Assisi after a shower which was magical! The interior was immaculate and well appointed. A sampling of wines from Daniele’s vineyard were also gifted to us upon our arrival. The pool was very enjoyable with the gardener cleaning it every morning. The gardens were also well manicured and we enjoyed viewing the local trees/flowers. The location also cannot be beat with several ancient Umbrian and Tuscan towns with an hours drive along with a grocery store with a mile. Torgiano has some excellent restaurants which we appreciated several nights. We also especially enjoyed the resident cats on the property who were so sweet and playful. A most joyous and memorable vacation - Grazie Mille Daniele!
