Questa villa splendidamente ristrutturata, nel cuore dell'Umbria, è la destinazione perfetta per le vacanze di un gruppo di amici o di una famiglia numerosa. Con piscina privata e ampi giardini, la villa può ospitare fino a 12 persone. L'elegante piano terra, con piastrelle in terracotta e tradizionali soffitti con travi a vista, dispone di una sala da pranzo che può ospitare 12 persone con un focolare aperto, ideale per i fuochi invernali; un'ampia zona giochi/salotto, un tavolo da biliardo a grandezza naturale e una spaziosa cucina, con un tavolo in legno per cene più informali. La cucina è dotata di macchina da caffè a goccia, piano cottura e forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e tostapane. Dalla cucina si accede alla suggestiva loggia con volta in mattoni, dove gli ospiti possono cenare all'aperto, al riparo dal calore del sole di mezzogiorno. Al primo piano della villa si trova un salotto più formale con divani e una bella vista sulla campagna circostante. I giardini ben curati offrono diverse aree salotto e opzioni per mangiare all'aperto, tra cui una terrazza e un pergolato, più vicino alla piscina privata. La piscina è circondata da lettini dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi dopo una nuotata. C'è anche un campo da gioco separato per il calcio o altre attività e alcuni giochi per bambini all'aperto. This is an exquisite property with views odd both the front and back of the villa. From the back of the house, you can see Assisi glimmering in the afternoon sun. The property has a gardener who comes to tend the yard and oil each morning. The owner is a local vinter, owning the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the villa. The bedrooms are spacious - each with their own bath. Common areas are abundant as well. There are several dining locations both inside and outdoors. The pool is lovely with seating and lounge chairs nearby. Daniele - our host was very responsive to all questions/issues and provided us a complimentary set of his wines to enjoy during our stay! Torgiano and surrounding towns also have a host of great restaurants to try as well as a grocery store and farmacia less than a mile down the road. Such an amazing place to enjoy all that Umbria has to offer!

This villa is just fantastic. We are a family of 10 and stayed there for a week. The host, Daniele, is the best. Very helpful and always answering the phone and supporting us. We had to seek a doctor and some medical support, and he got involved and helped us from the beginning to the end. We had dinner at the villa arranged by him, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa was amazing and the views absolutely stunning! There were 6 couples and we all had very spacious bedrooms with en-suites. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking in the villa. There were two large dining areas outside, one undercover if it was raining. The pool area was cleaned every day and although we didn’t use it, had a pizza oven and bbq. Daniel, the host is always on hand if you have issues and we enjoyed some of his delicious wine!! Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay are already planning to return.

Our family stayed for a week for our son’s wedding at a local venue. Daniele was a great host, always available to help with recommendations for our needs. The villa is amazing, inside and out. A very heartfelt thanks to Daniele who was a wonderful host with wonderful communication on any questions issues throughout our two week stay. The property is spectacular with views off the front and back of the residence. We even saw a magnificent rainbow over Assisi after a shower which was magical! The interior was immaculate and well appointed. A sampling of wines from Daniele’s vineyard were also gifted to us upon our arrival. The pool was very enjoyable with the gardener cleaning it every morning. The gardens were also well manicured and we enjoyed viewing the local trees/flowers. The location also cannot be beat with several ancient Umbrian and Tuscan towns with an hours drive along with a grocery store with a mile. Torgiano has some excellent restaurants which we appreciated several nights. We also especially enjoyed the resident cats on the property who were so sweet and playful. A most joyous and memorable vacation - Grazie Mille Daniele!
