Situé au deuxième étage, il est idéal pour des vacances à tout moment de l'année. À l'intérieur, l'appartement dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage au sol, et est parfaitement équipé pour des séjours en toute autonomie. Il comprend un grand salon lumineux et ouvert, doté d'une Smart TV, ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une table de petit-déjeuner et tous les appareils indispensables, notamment un lave-vaisselle, une plaque à induction, un micro-ondes, une machine à café et un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Un lave-linge est également à votre disposition pour faciliter les séjours prolongés. Chambres Chambre 1 : une chambre principale équipée d’un lit double et d’une grande armoire. Situation Idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Salionze, cet appartement de vacances, situé dans le palais historique Palazzo Palermo, se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied d’une supérette, d’une pharmacie, d’un bar, d’une taverne, d’une laverie et d’une excellente pâtisserie. De là, il est également facile de rejoindre Valeggio sul Mincio, réputé pour ses excellents restaurants, ainsi que le romantique Borghetto. Quant à Peschiera del Garda, elle n’est qu’à 15 minutes en voiture : les hôtes pourront y profiter des sensations fortes de Gardaland et de Movieland. Pour les vacanciers actifs, son emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de vacances à vélo, puisqu’il se trouve à proximité de la piste cyclable et piétonne qui longe le Mincio et relie le lac de Garde à Mantoue. De plus, les hôtes ne sont qu’à 20 minutes du magnifique château Scaliger de Sirmione et à seulement une demi-heure de Vérone. Par ailleurs, les liaisons ferroviaires au départ de Peschiera permettent également de rejoindre facilement Vérone, Venise, Milan et Brescia. Les aéroports les plus proches sont ceux de Vérone (à 20 minutes en voiture) et de Milan-Bergame (à 1 heure en voiture).

A new, spacious, and very clean apartment. The furniture and appliances are top-notch. Everything about the apartment was perfect. There were two air conditioners in the apartment that worked great—which isn’t a given in that area. The apartment is located in a part of town that isn’t particularly touristy, but it’s close to the main attractions on Lake Garda—which isn’t as much of an issue if you’re traveling by car. I highly recommend it.

The location is very clean, well compartimented. The host is very helpful. You are near all the main atractions in the area. Have a great bakery and coffe shop 2 min away, supermarkets 10-15 min away. Overall, great and recommend it.

The place is brand new, including all the kitchenware. It was spotless clean and the hostess made us feel at home. The location was 15-20 minutes away from all the kids attractions ( Gardaland, movieland, Caneva) & from beautiful Pescheria Del Garda

the host was very friendly and welcoming. she welcomed us with gifts and helped us with getting there. she was quick to respond on what's app. house was spotless and very modern, clean and tidy.. kids loved the smart TV with YouTube. walking distance to bus stop to reach peschiara del garda train station. all essentials were provided as listed. feel like home, highly recommended

Ładny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Dla większego komfortu warto by wyposażyć kuchnię w czajnik do gotowania wody oraz dodatkowo kilka mniejszych garnków. Dodatkowo, moim zdaniem w ofercie warto zaznaczyć, że sypialnia z piętrowym łóżkiem jest przechodnia. Dla rodzin z dziećmi to pewnie nie jest żaden problem ale dla grupy znajomych już może być.
