Located in the centre of Salionze, in the historic 1817 Palazzo Palermo, this 2-bedroom holiday getaway promises a super comfy and convenient holiday with its proximity to all the amenities of Salionze and modern amenities. The second floor is ideal for a vacation any time of the year. Internally, the apartment has air-conditioning and underfloor heating and is well-equipped for comfy self-catering stays. There is a bright and large open-plan living room with a Smart TV and a full kitchen with a breakfast table and all essential appliances including a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. A washing machine is also available for convenient, longer stays. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2: An en-suite bedroom with a bunk bed Bathroom The en-suite bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, washbasin, washing machine, WC and bidet. Additional • Free Wi-Fi • Pets allowed on request • Washing Machine • Public Parking • Smart TV • Air-conditioning • Underfloor heating Please note: Electricity is turned on with the use of cards. So even though pets are allowed, guests cannot leave their pets behind during the day as they will have to take the card with them and there will be no light and air conditioning in the house. Location Conveniently located in the historic centre of Salionze, the holiday apartment in the historical Palazzo Palermo is only a few minutes walk from a minimarket, a pharmacy, a bar, a tavern, a laundry and an excellent pastry shop. From here it is also easy to reach Valeggio sul Mincio, known for its excellent restaurants and romantic Borghetto. Meanwhile, Peschiera del Garda is only a 15-minute’ drive, where guests can enjoy the thrilling Gardaland and Movieland. For active vacationers, its location is ideal for those who love cycling holidays, being next to the cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the river Mincio and connects Lake Garda with Mantua. Additionally, guests are just 20 minutes from the stunning Scaliger Castle of Sirmione and only half an hour from Verona. Additionally, train connections from Peschiera also provide easy access to Verona, Venice, Milan and Brescia. The nearest airports are Verona (20 minutes by car) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour by car).

The place is brand new, including all the kitchenware. It was spotless clean and the hostess made us feel at home. The location was 15-20 minutes away from all the kids attractions ( Gardaland, movieland, Caneva) & from beautiful Pescheria Del Garda

the host was very friendly and welcoming. she welcomed us with gifts and helped us with getting there. she was quick to respond on what's app. house was spotless and very modern, clean and tidy.. kids loved the smart TV with YouTube. walking distance to bus stop to reach peschiara del garda train station. all essentials were provided as listed. feel like home, highly recommended

Ładny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Dla większego komfortu warto by wyposażyć kuchnię w czajnik do gotowania wody oraz dodatkowo kilka mniejszych garnków. Dodatkowo, moim zdaniem w ofercie warto zaznaczyć, że sypialnia z piętrowym łóżkiem jest przechodnia. Dla rodzin z dziećmi to pewnie nie jest żaden problem ale dla grupy znajomych już może być.

Dit appartement is top. Superschoon, parkeerplekje voor de deur, alles is aanwezig, zelfs badjassen. De mogelijkheid om snel te appen met Susanna was ook zo fijn! Het kost wat maar alleen maar complimenten!
