As you mentioned, the property is located uphill — this is clearly stated before booking, as the elevated position offers panoramic views that many guests appreciate. While it does require a bit more effort to reach the town center on foot, the nearby bus stop provides a useful alternative, even if the service isn’t as frequent as one might hope. Regarding parking and boat traffic: you're right, Lake Como is a very popular destination, and unfortunately, limited parking and crowded boats are common challenges, even outside the peak season. We always recommend planning ahead where possible and are happy to suggest local tips to help guests navigate these issues. Thank you again for your honest comments.
