As you mentioned, the property is located uphill — this is clearly stated before booking, as the elevated position offers panoramic views that many guests appreciate. While it does require a bit more effort to reach the town center on foot, the nearby bus stop provides a useful alternative, even if the service isn’t as frequent as one might hope. Regarding parking and boat traffic: you're right, Lake Como is a very popular destination, and unfortunately, limited parking and crowded boats are common challenges, even outside the peak season.
