Cet appartement pour 4 personnes se trouve au premier étage d'une élégante résidence située sur les collines au-dessus de Menaggio. Il offre une vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme et constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer le lac et la belle campagne environnante. La décoration contemporaine de l'appartement en fait un lieu de séjour élégant et confortable. Le salon ensoleillé et décloisonné est équipé d'un canapé et d'une télévision à écran plat. La table à manger avec 4 chaises se trouve à côté de la cuisine, qui est équipée d'une plaque à induction, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur et d'une cafetière. De grandes portes vitrées mènent du salon à un balcon privé offrant une vue panoramique sur le lac de Côme. La table et les chaises permettent de se détendre et de profiter du paysage avec une tasse de café ou un apéritif. Un escalier ouvert mène à la chambre en mezzanine. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre dispose d'un lit double, d'un lit simple et d'une armoire. Supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains La salle de bain carrelée est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et d'un WC. Supplémentaire - Balcon - Wifi gratuit - Repas à l'extérieur - Chauffage central - Ventilateur - Sèche-cheveux - Convient aux personnes âgées - Parking privé - voiture indispensable Situation L'élégante résidence se trouve dans un endroit calme, à 20 minutes à pied (5 minutes en voiture) des rives du lac. La ville de Menaggio (7 minutes) est charmante et moins animée que d'autres villes du lac. Elle dispose d'une jolie place avec un grand choix de cafés, de restaurants et de boutiques. Les clients peuvent prendre un ferry de Menaggio à Varenna ou à Bellagio et passer une journée dans ces villes réputées pour leur beauté. L'appartement est proche de nombreux restaurants et autres commodités. Il y a même un restaurant/pizzeria au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble pour le déjeuner, le dîner ou les plats à emporter. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner eux-mêmes, le marché de Menaggio a lieu les 2e et 4e vendredis du mois. Vous y trouverez les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Lake Como Adventures (à 20 minutes en voiture) propose un large éventail d'activités, notamment l'escalade, le canyoning, la randonnée et le ski pendant les mois d'hiver. Pour plus de détente, le Lido Menaggio (8 minutes) est un lieu payant où les visiteurs peuvent se baigner dans le lac ou dans la piscine et prendre un bain de soleil sur l'une des chaises longues. L'aéroport international de Milan Linate se trouve à 1 heure 50 minutes de route de l'appartement et l'aéroport de Milan Malpensa à 1 heure 40 minutes.

Die Unterkunft war eine glatte 10/10. Der Check-in erfolgte selbstständig und schnell. Die Lage war atemberaubend, man konnte direkt auf den Comer See schauen. Die unterhalb des Apartments liegende Pizzeria war ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, da die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments perfekt ist.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Aussicht von dort oben ein Traum! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt super beschrieben und ein Parkplatz genau vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant unten drin ist auch super. Man ist in einer knappen halben Stunde nach Menaggio gelaufen (aber es ist sehr steil). Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben, ist das Beistellsofa, das leider sehr gequietscht hat bei jeder Bewegung. Sonst war alles einwandfrei!

The views of this place were beautiful, the location was so quiet and peaceful. The pizzeria downstairs was the best food we had all trip it was delicious! The hosts were great at communication and we loved the welcome box we got. There wasn’t really any shops near by that were open when we were there so couldn’t nip anywhere to get food/drinks. It was a 25 min walk to town and all downhill on the way but the way back was pretty far uphill, but so worth it for the views. Parking was great! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Overall great place to stay. Very convenient private parking. 10/10 balcony view! Short walk into town, but need to be in shape for the hike up and down! Also be wary of some restaurants in town that are connected to hotels, as their quality of food and service is not ideal. Wouldn't want it to spoil your time at this wonderful location! Would come back :)

Sehr guter Gastgeber! Unkomplizierter Check-in! Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft! Tolle Aussicht auf den See! Großer Balkon! Großzügige Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft! Küchengeräte (Wasserkocher, Töpfe etc.) sollten erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles top! 👍🏻

Do obiektu z miasta trzeba iść sporo pod górę ale widok z balkonów (wszystkie mają widok na jezioro Como) jest CUDOWNY i rekompensuje wszystko. Restauracja pokoi serwuje pyszne pizze i wino.

Fin lägenhet som ligger fantastiskt! Går att ta sig upp och ner till fots. Boendet är bra. Men det saknas elementära husgeråd som vassa knivar, skärbräda m.m. Det märks också att det är ett företag som hyr ut. Standardsvar och opersonligt . Ingen större vilja till att lösa problem. Men som sagt. Utsikten över Comosjön är magisk!

Le logement est très au calme la vue est magnifique et le logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Seul bémol aucune insonorisation entre les appartements nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins.

De locatie was prachtig! Een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Appartement was ruim en netjes. De slaapruimte was een soort vide, met een trap te bereiken. Geen airco, alleen een ventilator. De 'bank' in de kamer was een soort bed, waardoor je niet lekker kon zitten. Maar het was prachtig weer, dus ook 's avonds zaten we op het balkon. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken: Varenna, Bellagio, Como. Allemaal prima te doen met de boot, al bleek om onverklaarbare reden dat de snelboten naar Como plotseling uit het vaarschema waren gehaald.

Fin lägenhet som ligger fantastiskt! Går att ta sig upp och ner till fots. Boendet är bra. Men det saknas elementära husgeråd som vassa knivar, skärbräda m.m. Det märks också att det är ett företag som hyr ut. Standardsvar och opersonligt . Ingen större vilja till att lösa problem. Men som sagt. Utsikten över Comosjön är magisk!

Le logement est très au calme la vue est magnifique et le logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Seul bémol aucune insonorisation entre les appartements nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins.

De locatie was prachtig! Een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Appartement was ruim en netjes. De slaapruimte was een soort vide, met een trap te bereiken. Geen airco, alleen een ventilator. De 'bank' in de kamer was een soort bed, waardoor je niet lekker kon zitten. Maar het was prachtig weer, dus ook 's avonds zaten we op het balkon. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken: Varenna, Bellagio, Como. Allemaal prima te doen met de boot, al bleek om onverklaarbare reden dat de snelboten naar Como plotseling uit het vaarschema waren gehaald.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, this attribute is not indicated. The arrival is autonomous and you collect the key from a key box with code. Thank you for the suggestion to provide more information with a welcome booklet upon arrival. Finding parking in the center of Menaggio is not very easy in high season.
