Appartamento al primo piano per 4 persone, in un elegante residence sulle colline sopra Menaggio. Offre una vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Como ed è una base ideale per esplorare il lago e la splendida campagna circostante. L'arredamento contemporaneo dell'appartamento lo rende un rifugio elegante e confortevole. La zona giorno, soleggiata e a pianta aperta, è arredata con un divano e una TV a schermo piatto. Il tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie si trova accanto alla cucina, dotata di piano cottura a induzione, microonde, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina da caffè. Grandi porte in vetro conducono dal soggiorno a un balcone privato con vista panoramica sul Lago di Como. Il tavolo e le sedie permettono agli ospiti di rilassarsi e di godersi il paesaggio con una tazza di caffè o un aperitivo. Una scala aperta conduce alla camera da letto soppalcata. Posti letto Camera da letto: La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo e un armadio. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un comodo letto matrimoniale. La città di Menaggio (7 minuti) è incantevole e non così trafficata come altre città del lago. Ha una bella piazza con un'ampia scelta di caffè, ristoranti e negozi. Gli ospiti possono prendere un traghetto da Menaggio a Varenna o a Bellagio e trascorrere una giornata in queste famose e bellissime città. L'appartamento è vicino a molti ristoranti e altri servizi. Al piano terra dell'edificio si trova anche un ristorante/pizzeria per il pranzo, la cena o l'asporto. Per gli ospiti che desiderano cucinare da soli, il mercato contadino di Menaggio si svolge il 2° e il 4° venerdì del mese. Qui potrete trovare i migliori ingredienti locali. Lake Como Adventures (20 minuti di auto), offre una vasta gamma di attività tra cui arrampicata, canyoning, escursioni e sci nei mesi invernali. Per qualcosa di più rilassante, c'è il Lido Menaggio (8 minuti), dove a pagamento si può nuotare nel lago o nella piscina e prendere il sole su uno dei lettini. L'aeroporto internazionale di Milano Linate dista 1 ora e 50 minuti di auto dall'appartamento e l'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa 1 ora e 40 minuti.

Die Unterkunft war eine glatte 10/10. Der Check-in erfolgte selbstständig und schnell. Die Lage war atemberaubend, man konnte direkt auf den Comer See schauen. Die unterhalb des Apartments liegende Pizzeria war ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, da die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments perfekt ist.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Aussicht von dort oben ein Traum! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt super beschrieben und ein Parkplatz genau vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant unten drin ist auch super. Man ist in einer knappen halben Stunde nach Menaggio gelaufen (aber es ist sehr steil). Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben, ist das Beistellsofa, das leider sehr gequietscht hat bei jeder Bewegung. Sonst war alles einwandfrei!

The views of this place were beautiful, the location was so quiet and peaceful. The pizzeria downstairs was the best food we had all trip it was delicious! The hosts were great at communication and we loved the welcome box we got. There wasn’t really any shops near by that were open when we were there so couldn’t nip anywhere to get food/drinks. It was a 25 min walk to town and all downhill on the way but the way back was pretty far uphill, but so worth it for the views. Parking was great! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Overall great place to stay. Very convenient private parking. 10/10 balcony view! Short walk into town, but need to be in shape for the hike up and down! Also be wary of some restaurants in town that are connected to hotels, as their quality of food and service is not ideal. Wouldn't want it to spoil your time at this wonderful location! Would come back :)

Fin lägenhet som ligger fantastiskt! Går att ta sig upp och ner till fots. Boendet är bra. Men det saknas elementära husgeråd som vassa knivar, skärbräda m.m. Det märks också att det är ett företag som hyr ut. Standardsvar och opersonligt . Ingen större vilja till att lösa problem. Men som sagt. Utsikten över Comosjön är magisk!

Le logement est très au calme la vue est magnifique et le logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Seul bémol aucune insonorisation entre les appartements nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins.

De locatie was prachtig! Een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Appartement was ruim en netjes. De slaapruimte was een soort vide, met een trap te bereiken. Geen airco, alleen een ventilator. De 'bank' in de kamer was een soort bed, waardoor je niet lekker kon zitten. Maar het was prachtig weer, dus ook 's avonds zaten we op het balkon. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken: Varenna, Bellagio, Como. Allemaal prima te doen met de boot, al bleek om onverklaarbare reden dat de snelboten naar Como plotseling uit het vaarschema waren gehaald.

Fin lägenhet som ligger fantastiskt! Går att ta sig upp och ner till fots. Boendet är bra. Men det saknas elementära husgeråd som vassa knivar, skärbräda m.m. Det märks också att det är ett företag som hyr ut. Standardsvar och opersonligt . Ingen större vilja till att lösa problem. Men som sagt. Utsikten över Comosjön är magisk!

Le logement est très au calme la vue est magnifique et le logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Seul bémol aucune insonorisation entre les appartements nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins.

De locatie was prachtig! Een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Appartement was ruim en netjes. De slaapruimte was een soort vide, met een trap te bereiken. Geen airco, alleen een ventilator. De 'bank' in de kamer was een soort bed, waardoor je niet lekker kon zitten. Maar het was prachtig weer, dus ook 's avonds zaten we op het balkon. Leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken: Varenna, Bellagio, Como. Allemaal prima te doen met de boot, al bleek om onverklaarbare reden dat de snelboten naar Como plotseling uit het vaarschema waren gehaald.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, this attribute is not indicated. The arrival is autonomous and you collect the key from a key box with code. Thank you for the suggestion to provide more information with a welcome booklet upon arrival. Finding parking in the center of Menaggio is not very easy in high season.
