L'endroit idéal pour des vacances en grande famille ou entre amis, pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir cette magnifique région d'Italie ! Située à seulement 5 km du village de Loro Ciuffenna, classé parmi les « Plus beaux villages d'Italie », la Villa Querceto est le lieu idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer sur les pentes du Pratomagno. La villa, pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, est divisée en deux appartements indépendants et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Elle dispose d'une piscine privée avec toboggan et d'un court de tennis éclairé. Les hôtes apprécieront de se détendre sur les transats au bord de la piscine après un plongeon rafraîchissant. À l’arrière de la maison, un espace dédié à la cuisine en plein air est aménagé avec un barbecue, un four à bois et un évier. Les deux appartements sont situés au premier étage et disposent chacun d’un balcon privé ombragé, meublé de canapés et d’un coin repas, ce qui permet aux groupes de passer leurs vacances ensemble tout en conservant une certaine indépendance. À l’intérieur des deux appartements, on trouve un salon ouvert doté d’une cheminée, d’un canapé, d’une Smart TV à écran plat et d’un coin repas. Il y a deux kitchenettes séparées équipées d’une plaque de cuisson, d’un four, d’un lave-vaisselle, d’un micro-ondes, d’un réfrigérateur-congélateur et d’une machine à café. Au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, on trouve un vestiaire pour les hôtes qui jouent au tennis ou vont nager, ainsi qu’une douche et une buanderie. Couchages : Chaque appartement dispose de 3 chambres, dont 2 avec un lit double et 1 avec 2 lits simples. Toutes les chambres sont décorées individuellement et disposent d’armoires ; certaines sont également équipées de commodes. Salles de bains : La maison compte 3 salles de bains au total. Une salle de bains dans chaque appartement et une troisième au rez-de-chaussée. Chacune est équipée d’une douche, d’un bidet, d’un lavabo et de toilettes. Une caution de 800,00 € par carte bancaire est exigée. Tout dommage ou frais de ménage supplémentaires (tels que des ordures non ramassées, de la vaisselle non lavée, etc.) seront déduits du dépôt de garantie. Remarque : du 22 octobre au 3 novembre et du 1er au 15 mai, un supplément de chauffage de 50 € par jour est facturé. Situation À mi-chemin entre les belles villes de Florence et d’Arezzo (à environ 55 minutes chacune) et non loin de Sienne (1 heure 20 minutes), la villa bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal pour permettre aux hôtes d’explorer la Toscane centrale et la région du Chianti. Le village de Loro Ciuffenna se trouve à 15 minutes. Vous y trouverez des commerces, des bars et d’excellents restaurants. Pour ceux qui souhaitent préparer leurs repas, les villes voisines de Terranuova Bracciolini (22 minutes), Montevarchi (25 minutes) et San Giovanni Valdarno (28 minutes) disposent de supermarchés et de marchés hebdomadaires, qui constituent les meilleurs endroits pour se procurer des produits frais régionaux et faire ses courses comme un habitant du coin. Le marché de Montevarchi a lieu le jeudi ; celui de Terranuova, le vendredi, et celui de San Giovanni Valdarno, le samedi. Pour les amateurs de vin, les villes de Gaiole in Chianti et de Radda in Chianti se trouvent toutes deux à un peu moins d’une heure de route et sont les localités les plus proches où l’on produit du vin de Chianti. Dans cette région, vous trouverez de magnifiques caves à vin où vous pourrez participer à des dégustations et acheter du vin directement auprès des vignerons. L'aéroport le plus proche est celui d'Amerigo Vespucci à Florence, situé à un peu plus d'une heure en voiture.

Thank you for our stay. My group of twelve loved staying at the villa. Overall, we had a very good experience. The bedrooms were fantastic and it worked well for our group to have two villas. We have some feedback: - The floor of the pool was quite dirty and it would have been nice for this to have been cleaned before the booking. - There was a huge lack of glassware - wine glasses and tumblers etc. for 12. - It was inconvenient and wasteful to have to buy cleaning fluid, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and bin bags for four nights - it would be the same for a week or longer. It would make a lot of sense for this to be provided with the villa. Especially if they are thrown away between bookings - very wasteful. - It would have been nice if the tennis court was better maintained - the next checked and the height corrected (it was sagging) for each booking. - If the owner could invest in mending the court, such as filling the cracks across it, that would be wonderful for future bookings - we would love to come back! Schönes ruhiges Haus mit tollen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten beide Apartments gebucht, wenn man mit einer anderen Gruppe dort ist könnte es wahrscheinlich unruhig sei. Wenn man damit klarkommt dass man grundsätzlich mit dem Auto fahren muss ist es top. Wir hatten unglaublichen Spaß am Tennisplatz.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns der gepflegte Pool sowie die Möglichkeit, den Grill und den Pizzaofen zu nutzen – das hat unsere Abende perfekt gemacht. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Tennisplatz: Leider ist hinter der Grundlinie und an den Seiten zu wenig Platz, um richtig spielen zu können. Auch der Boden ist in keinem guten Zustand – schade, denn mit dem vorhandenen Flutlicht wäre ein Match am Abend eigentlich ideal gewesen. Trotzdem: Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden!

Smuk og unik udsigt. Huset er som beskrevet. For os en fordel at huset er delt op i to lejligheder, da vi både havde teenagere og ældre med, der har forskellige søvnmønstre. Swimmingpool og tennisbane levede op til vores hygge behov. Jeg vil gerne fremhæve pizzaovnen. Det var en god oplevelse selv at tænde op og lave sine egne pizzaer. Bemærk at der er mange trapper ned til poolen. Jeg vil samtidig anbefale at købe stort ind inden ankomst, da nærmeste større supermarked er 30 min. væk nedad bjerget. Mindre supermarked 15 min. væk. Intet i gåafstand. Vi havde et dejligt ophold.

Had lovely time at the villa as a family. Clean pool and nice views. The was a problem with insects, would be great if the place had something in place to reduce it. It could also be much better equipped as we needed to buy things like dish washer tablets, sugar salt etc. Also a bit of a pain with taking the rubbish after the end of the holiday.

the location is very beautiful, the view is amazing, but getting there up and down the hill is quite frightening especially if a car comes from the other direction which luckily happened only once. the tennis court is great and the swimming pool with the slide for the kids is great too. the kitchen is well equipped . the things that were less , the springs of the single beds completly worn out so if you have older kids like we did it was impossible to use them . we spoke with the owner who came to clean the pool , they said they will do smothing but didn't. one of the bathrooms was cloged. t
