La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 4 minuti a piedi e la Villa Romana di Desenzano a soli 3 minuti a piedi. La struttura dispone di un confortevole spazio abitativo climatizzato, arredato con una smart TV a schermo piatto, due comodi divani e un tavolo da pranzo. Questa zona comprende anche una cucina moderna dotata di macchina da caffè Mokka, piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con congelatore. Questa famosa località è dominata da un castello del XIV secolo (a 10 minuti a piedi) e ha 3 spiagge dove i visitatori possono nuotare, fare kayak, paddleboard o windsurf. Le piazze principali, Piazza Malvezzi e Piazza Matteotti, e il porto da cartolina di Desenzano, Porto Vecchio, sono tutti a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. La spiaggia più vicina è a 4 minuti a piedi, mentre il molo dei traghetti, dove gli ospiti troveranno traghetti regolari per molte delle città storiche intorno al lago, è a 10 minuti a piedi. Per acquistare prodotti freschi locali, i visitatori possono recarsi in Viale Giuseppe Anelli (12 minuti a piedi), vicino al lungolago, per il mercato settimanale dei prodotti (martedì mattina). In questa zona si tiene anche un mercatino dell'antiquariato e dell'abbigliamento vintage la prima domenica del mese (da maggio a novembre). Gli ospiti troveranno anche due supermercati a 10 minuti a piedi e diversi ristoranti a 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Lovely spacious apartment equipped with everything I needed and more. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect - just a short walk (less than 5mins) from the lake, 15mins walk to ferry port and 25mins to train station, and a well equipped gym a couple of mins walk on the way to the lake.
