This popular resort is dominated by a 14th-century castle (a 10-minute walk) and has 3 beaches where visitors can swim, kayak, paddleboard or windsurf. The main squares, Piazza Malvezzi and Piazza Matteotti, and Desenzano's postcard-perfect harbour, Porto Vecchio are all less than a 10-minute walk. The closest beach is a 4-minute walk, and the ferry dock, where guests will find regular ferries to many of the historic towns around the lake, is a 10-minute walk. For fresh local produce, visitors can head to Viale Giuseppe Anelli (a 12-minute walk), near the lakefront for the weekly produce market (Tuesday mornings). This area is also home to an antique and vintage clothing market on the first Sunday of the month, (May to November). Guests will also find two supermarkets within a 10-minute walk away and there are several restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk from the property. The closest international airports are Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) (a 30-minute drive) and Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) (a 50-minute drive).

Lovely spacious apartment equipped with everything I needed and more. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect - just a short walk (less than 5mins) from the lake, 15mins walk to ferry port and 25mins to train station, and a well equipped gym a couple of mins walk on the way to the lake.
