We spent a long weekend at Christian’s place as a family with two kids (6 and 8) and the grandparents in beautiful Ascona. The flat was exactly as described and offered everything we were looking for — and more. It’s close to the lake, offers a wonderful view from one of the balconies, and is located in a calm, historic part of the old town. The building itself has great character, and the apartment is modern, comfortable, and well equipped. We truly loved our stay and would happily return!

Die Lage ist 1a, die Einrichtung der Wohnung ebenfalls. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da es keinen Lift gibt (für uns kein Problem).

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden - wunderschöne Wohnung an allerbester Lage, alles Nötige und noch mehr (Bügeleisen etc.) da. Können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

This was our first visit to Ascona. The location was amazing. Super close and walkable everywhere! The apartment was just remodeled and is beautiful! It was perfect! We’ll definitely return!!!

We loved this apartment! It was perfect for a family trip with in-laws + baby. The living area is spacious, beautifully appointed and great for cooking and relaxing with two lovely balconies. The three bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, and quiet for sleeping. The two full bathrooms are also large and modern. The location is fantastic, in a beautiful historic building just steps from the lake. The hosts were communicative and helpful with our questions. I would definitely book this apartment again, thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Right next to the boulevard and the lake. Great restaurants close by. The apartment was as described, beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and wel equipped with everything you need. Cristian was a helpful and responsive host. We will definitely come back!

It’s very nice one and location is convenient too. Just have some issues when entering the house but Harold replied the message very quickly. So overall is quite good.

The appartment was very beautiful and perfectly located. We could leave the bags in the appartment for the whole day, so this was very nice. That we had to bringt out the trash and clean the kitchen and everything was for the price to much to ask in my opinion. The rest was really nice.
