Che siate a Lugano per lavoro o per piacere, questo luminoso appartamento al 9° piano (con ascensore) è la soluzione ideale per scoprire questa affascinante città. L’appartamento, in stile contemporaneo, può ospitare fino a 4 persone e offre una vista panoramica sul Lago di Lugano e sulle montagne alle sue spalle. L’ampia zona giorno dispone di un comodo divano, una TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo. Il tavolo da pranzo si trova accanto alle ampie finestre che si affacciano sul lago. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi sul balcone privato e godersi lo spettacolare panorama. All’interno, l’elegante cucina moderna è adiacente alla zona soggiorno. Una gita di un giorno sul Lago di Lugano è d’obbligo. Il terminal dei traghetti di Lugano Centrale dista solo 14 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. Il famoso lungolago di Lugano, con viste mozzafiato sul lago, si trova nelle vicinanze. Un altro luogo molto amato è Piazza Riforma (12 minuti a piedi), il cuore della città. È una bellissima piazza costellata di ottimi ristoranti e caffè. Per chi preferisce cucinare da sé, in città ci sono molti ottimi negozi di alimentari, oltre al mercato contadino che si tiene il martedì e il venerdì in Via Carducci (15 minuti a piedi). Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini si trovano in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto, oppure Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 20 minuti di viaggio.

Nice apartment, very comfortable for two, felt spacious and great to have a balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. Short walk to train station and into town and down the very steep stairs by old funiculaire to the Lake side and Arts Centre and gallery, a great exhibition space. Beautiful city with great walks, a lovely park, swimming and trips on the ferry up and down the Lake. Recommend a short train trip to Bellinzona with its castles and mountains.

Einfach zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz mit Parkingpay in unmittelbarer Nähe, über eine nahe gelegene (lange) Treppe ist man sehr schnell am See mitten in Lugano, grosser Balkon mit schöner Sicht (auf der linken Seite ein wenig beschränkt). Schlicht und nützlich eingerichtet, hell. War mit meinen zwei Teenagern dort. Wunderbar auch um etwas zu unternehmen und abends noch rasch in die Stadt/an den See. Veloverleih in Gehdistanz. Sehr preiswert, gut brauchbare Küche. Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat, erhält man rasch Antwort beziehungsweise Hilfe. Als wir uns mit der Schiebetür versehentlich auf dem Balkon ausschlossen, hatte ich innert zehn Minuten jemanden am Telefon und nach ca. 30 Minuten war ein gut gelaunter Helfer da und half uns aus der Patsche. Einfach, unkompliziert, preiswert. Flexibler Checkin/Checkout mit einer Box mit Code in einem Briefkasten.
