Una splendida proprietà con 4 camere da letto per 7 ospiti a Colonno con terrazza privata e vista panoramica sul lago! Felice Sul Lago è una casa a schiera situata a Colonno, nel centro del Lago di Como e all'inizio della "Via Verde del Lago", un percorso a piedi che permette di esplorare la sponda centro-occidentale del lago fino a Griante. Al piano terra, il corridoio conduce a una lavanderia con lavatrice e a un bagno di servizio separato con W.C. e lavabo. Poi ci sono le scale che portano al primo piano, dove si trovano 3 delle 4 camere da letto della proprietà. Le camere da letto 1 e 2 sono collegate tra loro e funzionano come una suite familiare: la camera da letto 1 offre un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto 2 un letto a castello. La suite dispone anche di un letto per bambini a scomparsa, se necessario (gli ospiti devono portare le proprie lenzuola per questo). La camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale. Sullo stesso piano si trovano i due bagni della proprietà, il primo dei quali è completo di doccia, WC e lavabo. Il secondo bagno è dotato solo di doccia e lavabo. Al secondo piano si trova il soggiorno, splendidamente arredato, con camino, divano per 3 persone e 2 sedie singole, TV a schermo piatto con canali internazionali. Il soggiorno vanta anche un balcone con una splendida vista sul lago. Il soggiorno offre anche un tavolo da pranzo per 7 persone. La cucina della proprietà si trova in una stanza separata dal soggiorno/sala da pranzo e dispone di un fornello con piano cottura a gas, bollitore elettrico, forno a microonde e un set completo di stoviglie e piatti, perfetto per una vacanza in autonomia. Al secondo piano si trova anche la quarta camera da letto con un letto singolo e la possibilità di aggiungere un altro letto singolo; gli ospiti sono pregati di comunicarci l'eventuale necessità. Il terzo piano della proprietà è il vero gioiello della corona: la terrazza privata sul tetto con barbecue, sedie a sdraio e la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. La proprietà beneficia anche del fatto di trovarsi in riva al lago e di dare la sensazione di essere sull'acqua. C'è anche un'area lounge esterna che si trova in una posizione ombreggiata, perfetta per una pausa dal sole di mezzogiorno durante i mesi estivi. La proprietà dispone di un garage e di posti auto pubblici a pagamento e, per gli ospiti che non hanno l'auto, è accessibile attraverso la principale linea di autobus del lago, che offre servizi per il nord e per Como a sud. La proprietà dispone di linea fissa Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie, sistema musicale bluetooth, ferro e asse da stiro. Seggiolone per bambini. Inoltre, un comodo carrello per prendere i bagagli dall'auto.

Gorgeous views of the lake in a small, quiet town. The roof deck is a wonderful place to sit with friends, eat a meal, drink some wine and stare out at the lake. The Como Green Way walk is a gorgeous way to spend part of your day. You can take the bus or ferry to Tremezzo and walk back with plenty of nice restaurants along the way. We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is clean and was just right for our group.

The house is wonderfully located directly next to Lago di Como. From the huge rooftop terrace one can enjoy the view onto the lake. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to come back

Wahnsinnig schönes haus, direkt am see. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und hatten noch bestes herbstwetter, direkt vorm Haus konnten wir ins Wasser springen und schwimmen. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu acht im Haus, was etwas eng sein kann, aber der Ausblick und die Dachterasse machen alles wett. Danke!

Le logement est assez grand, avec de grandes pièces, et de bons équipements. La vue sur le lac est incroyable, sans compter sa terrasse ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu. L’arrivé et le départ autonome rende l‘expérience flexible. Petit bémol sur de trop nombreuses fourmis qui ont envahis la cuisine et quelques meubles qui se font vieux et qui sont cassés. Autrement, merci pour le logement, nous recommandons !

Séjour à l'ascension 2023, maison sur 3 étage, très confortable, très bien équipée, impeccable, jolie vue sur le lac, malgré météo mitigée très bon séjour. Greenway fléché dans le village pour une ballade en famille jusqu'à LENNO (1h30 avec des petits enfants) et qui peut se prolonger au-delà. Bateau pour Bellagio à partir de Cadenabbia (15 mn en voiture). Village tranquille. Garage publique possible 5 euros la journée. Très bon séjour, environnement magnifique ! Manuel

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Colonno, la maison est située dans une zone piétonne pleine de charme avec accès au lac. Les indications pour accéder au logement sont très détaillées et très claires, ainsi que les instructions du logement. Nous avons bien apprécié aussi la terrasse. Super séjour.

July 2017 A really nice house. The roof terrace is the best. The kitchen is really small but well equipped. Very calm and genuin village. Relaxing and almost no other tourists. Would have been nice with one or two more restaurants in the village since there is only one wich is not that good. There is a small store were you can buy breakfast and more. For everything else you need to take the bus or have your own transportation and go to for ex Lenno (10 min). Linus, Norway

July 2016 We had a lovely holiday at Felice Sul Lago thank you. We loved the location by the lake and the authentic village of Colonno. Our children spent everyday jumping off the harbour into the lake with the local village children. Colonno is a great location for exploring the lake. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and the roof terrace was stunning. The kitchen had plenty crockery etc. We ate 4 times at the local restaurant which was about a one minute walk and the setting on the balcony there was beautiful. The food was simple but good and the staff very friendly. Thank you and we look forward to returning to Lake Como! Amanda, UK

The apartment is in a good location for exploring the area. The only thing we missed was a promenade or a town center where you can have a drink or go for a walk in the evening.
