Een prachtig huis met 4 slaapkamers voor 7 gasten in Colonno met privéterras en panoramisch uitzicht op het meer! Felice Sul Lago is een herenhuis gelegen in Colonno in het centrum van het Comomeer en ook het begin van 'De Groene Weg van het Meer', een wandelpad dat reizigers de kans geeft om de centrale westkust van het meer te verkennen eindigend in Griante. Op de begane grond leidt de hal naar een wasruimte met wasmachine en een apart toilet met toilet en wastafel. Dan is er een trap naar de eerste verdieping waar zich de 3 van de 4 slaapkamers bevinden. Slaapkamer 1 en 2 zijn met elkaar verbonden en werken als een gezinssuite. Slaapkamer 1 heeft een tweepersoonsbed en slaapkamer 2 een stapelbed. De suite heeft ook een pop-up babybedje als en wanneer dat nodig is (gasten moeten hun eigen lakens hiervoor meenemen). Slaapkamer 3 heeft een tweepersoonsbed. Op dezelfde verdieping zijn twee badkamers, de eerste is een complete badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. De tweede badkamer heeft alleen een douche en een wastafel. Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich de prachtig ingerichte woonkamer met open haard, een 3-persoonsbank en 2 eenpersoonsstoelen, flatscreen tv met internationale kanalen. De woonkamer heeft ook een balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. De woonkamer biedt ook een eettafel voor 7 personen. De keuken van het pand bevindt zich in een aparte ruimte naast de woon/eetkamer en beschikt over een fornuis met gaskookplaat, waterkoker, magnetron en een volledig servies en eetset, perfect voor een self-catering vakantie. Op de tweede verdieping is er ook de 4e slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed en er is de mogelijkheid om een extra eenpersoonsbed op te maken, gasten moeten ons laten weten dat dit nodig is. De derde verdieping van het pand is de echte parel aan de kroon - het privé dakterras met een BBQ, ligstoelen en de mogelijkheid om buiten te eten. Het pand heeft ook het voordeel dat het aan de oever van het meer ligt, waardoor je echt het gevoel hebt dat je op het water bent. Er is ook een loungeruimte in de buitenlucht op een schaduwrijke plek, perfect voor een onderbreking van de middagzon tijdens de zomermaanden. Er is een garage en betaalde openbare parkeerplaatsen en voor gasten zonder auto is dit pand bereikbaar via de belangrijkste busroute langs het meer, met verbindingen naar het noorden en naar Como in het zuiden. De woning heeft een vaste Wi-Fi lijn, vaatwasser, bluetooth muzieksysteem, elektrisch strijkijzer en strijkplank. Kinderstoel. Plus een handige bagagekar om de bagage uit de auto te halen.

Gorgeous views of the lake in a small, quiet town. The roof deck is a wonderful place to sit with friends, eat a meal, drink some wine and stare out at the lake. The Como Green Way walk is a gorgeous way to spend part of your day. You can take the bus or ferry to Tremezzo and walk back with plenty of nice restaurants along the way. We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is clean and was just right for our group.

The house is wonderfully located directly next to Lago di Como. From the huge rooftop terrace one can enjoy the view onto the lake. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to come back

Wahnsinnig schönes haus, direkt am see. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und hatten noch bestes herbstwetter, direkt vorm Haus konnten wir ins Wasser springen und schwimmen. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu acht im Haus, was etwas eng sein kann, aber der Ausblick und die Dachterasse machen alles wett. Danke!

Le logement est assez grand, avec de grandes pièces, et de bons équipements. La vue sur le lac est incroyable, sans compter sa terrasse ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu. L’arrivé et le départ autonome rende l‘expérience flexible. Petit bémol sur de trop nombreuses fourmis qui ont envahis la cuisine et quelques meubles qui se font vieux et qui sont cassés. Autrement, merci pour le logement, nous recommandons !

Séjour à l'ascension 2023, maison sur 3 étage, très confortable, très bien équipée, impeccable, jolie vue sur le lac, malgré météo mitigée très bon séjour. Greenway fléché dans le village pour une ballade en famille jusqu'à LENNO (1h30 avec des petits enfants) et qui peut se prolonger au-delà. Bateau pour Bellagio à partir de Cadenabbia (15 mn en voiture). Village tranquille. Garage publique possible 5 euros la journée. Très bon séjour, environnement magnifique ! Manuel

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Colonno, la maison est située dans une zone piétonne pleine de charme avec accès au lac. Les indications pour accéder au logement sont très détaillées et très claires, ainsi que les instructions du logement. Nous avons bien apprécié aussi la terrasse. Super séjour.

July 2017 A really nice house. The roof terrace is the best. The kitchen is really small but well equipped. Very calm and genuin village. Relaxing and almost no other tourists. Would have been nice with one or two more restaurants in the village since there is only one wich is not that good. There is a small store were you can buy breakfast and more. For everything else you need to take the bus or have your own transportation and go to for ex Lenno (10 min). Linus, Norway

July 2016 We had a lovely holiday at Felice Sul Lago thank you. We loved the location by the lake and the authentic village of Colonno. Our children spent everyday jumping off the harbour into the lake with the local village children. Colonno is a great location for exploring the lake. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and the roof terrace was stunning. The kitchen had plenty crockery etc. We ate 4 times at the local restaurant which was about a one minute walk and the setting on the balcony there was beautiful. The food was simple but good and the staff very friendly. Thank you and we look forward to returning to Lake Como! Amanda, UK
