Uno spazioso appartamento, in una suggestiva residenza moderna, in posizione collinare, in una zona verde e tranquilla della parte meridionale di Lugano, con una splendida vista sul lago. Questo appartamento contemporaneo al 2° piano, con 2 camere da letto, può ospitare 4 persone ed è la scelta perfetta per chi desidera esplorare il Lago di Lugano in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. L'appartamento presenta eleganti pavimenti in parquet e molti elementi di stile. L'ariosa zona giorno è arredata con un elegante divano angolare, due poltrone e una grande TV HD a schermo piatto. Ampie porte in vetro conducono a un balcone coperto con tavolo e quattro sedie, che si affaccia sui giardini ben curati. All'altra estremità della zona giorno, c'è un altro balcone che è stato vetrato e trasformato in una luminosa sala da pranzo per 6 persone, con una splendida vista sul lago e sul Monte San Salvatore. La modernissima cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero-congelatore all'americana, tostapane e macchina Nespresso. Accanto alla cucina si trova un ripostiglio completo di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La luminosa camera da letto principale dispone di un grande letto matrimoniale, di un ampio guardaroba e di un'area salotto dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi in privato. C'è anche un bagno privato. Camera da letto 2: Una stanza soleggiata con una finestra ad angolo e una vista spettacolare sul lago. Questa camera da letto dispone di un comodo divano letto per 2 persone, di un armadio e di una toeletta che all'occorrenza funge da postazione di lavoro. Dispone di un bagno privato e di un accesso al balcone vetrato tramite una porta separata. I bagni Bagno 1: bagno privato per la camera da letto 1. Nella Svizzera italiana, nel Canton Ticino, la città di Lugano è nota per il suo ricco patrimonio culturale e per la sua splendida cornice naturale. Sulle rive del Lago di Lugano, la passeggiata sul lungolago è imperdibile. Oppure fate una gita di un giorno sul lago, per apprezzare davvero il magnifico scenario. La città ospita numerosi musei e gallerie. Uno dei più famosi è il MASI (Museo d'Arte della Svizzera Italiana) (17 minuti in auto) che ospita regolarmente mostre d'arte contemporanea. Gli ospiti possono anche prendere la funicolare che porta in cima al Monte San Salvatore (11 minuti di auto) per godere della migliore vista sul lago e sulle montagne circostanti. Il Parco San Grato (4 minuti di auto) offre ai visitatori la possibilità di immergersi nella natura, con bellissime escursioni a tema e viste mozzafiato sul lago. Per i bambini c'è molto da fare, tra cui altalene artigianali, un parco giochi e serate speciali per osservare le stelle. Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono in Italia, a Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 13 minuti di auto, o a Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 27 minuti di viaggio.

Wir haben als Familie Urlaub gemacht – ich, meine Frau, unser Sohn und die Schwester meiner Frau. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Alles war blitzsauber – so sauber, dass die Schwester meiner Frau sich sogar die Nase an der Glastür zur Terrasse gestoßen hat, weil sie sie gar nicht gesehen hat. Aber das war nur eine lustige Kleinigkeit 😂 Uns hat wirklich alles super gefallen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Calm and functional apartment in the outskirts of Lugano. People not familiar with the region should be aware of the 300 meter altitude difference to the city center (a 10 minutes drive). Though every meter is worth the splendid view you will enjoy from the dining table. Great place to enjoy the beauty of the region.

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr bequemes Bett. Im zweiten Zimmer gibt es leider nur ein Ausziehsofa, was etwas schade ist. Die Küche ist neu und alles ist vorhanden. Mit bester Empfehlung.

Very interesting place to stay . Calm and at same time near everything. Regarding apartment conditions the only thing i've to point is the fact that the 2nd bedroom has not a proper bed , but confortable anyway. Very charming apartment.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, enorme y precioso, de revista! Las vistas al monte San Salvatore y al lago de Lugano son increíbles. De hecho está al lado del inicio de la ascensión a San Salvatore, en cincuenta minutos andando estás arriba con unas vistas espectaculares. La cama de la habitación principal muy cómoda. La equipación de la cocina super completa. La urbanización muy tranquila y la limpieza excelente. La terraza de la parte de atrás da a un jardín interior con un bosque al fondo precioso. Estuvimos encantados.

L'unico vero difetto è che si trova troppo fuori Lugano. Chi non ha l'auto deve usare il bus (ogni 30 min Lun-Ven / 1 h nei festivi)
