Een ruim appartement in een opvallend modern wooncomplex, hoog op een heuvel, in een groene en rustige wijk in het zuiden van Lugano, met een adembenemend uitzicht op het meer.
Dit moderne appartement op de tweede verdieping, met twee slaapkamers, biedt plaats aan vier personen en is de perfecte keuze voor iedereen die het Lago di Lugano in elk seizoen wil verkennen.
Het appartement is overal voorzien van elegante parketvloeren en talrijke stijlvolle details. De ruime woonkamer is ingericht met een chique hoekbank, twee fauteuils en een grote flatscreen-HD-tv. Brede glazen deuren geven toegang tot een overdekt balkon met een tafel en vier stoelen. Aan de andere kant van de woonkamer bevindt zich nog een balkon dat is ingeglazen en omgebouwd tot een lichte eetkamer voor 6 personen, met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de berg San Salvatore.
De ultramoderne keuken is volledig uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, een koelkast met vriesvak in Amerikaanse stijl, broodrooster en een Nespresso-apparaat. Naast de keuken bevindt zich een bijkeuken met een wasmachine en droger.
Slaapruimtes
Slaapkamer 1: De lichte hoofdslaapkamer heeft een groot tweepersoonsbed, ruime kastruimte en een zithoek waar gasten in alle privacy kunnen ontspannen. Er is ook een eigen badkamer.
Slaapkamer 2: Een zonnige kamer met een hoekraam en een spectaculair uitzicht over het meer. Deze slaapkamer heeft een comfortabele slaapbank voor 2 personen, een kledingkast en een kaptafel die indien nodig ook als werkplek kan dienen. De kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en toegang tot het glazen balkon via een aparte deur.

Badkamer 1: Een eigen badkamer bij slaapkamer 1. Deze mooi betegelde badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche, wastafel en toilet.

Locatie
Het appartement ligt op 8 km van het Piazza della Riforma, het hart van Lugano (20 minuten rijden). De ideale plek voor een aperitief of een espresso terwijl u de wereld aan u voorbij ziet gaan.
In het Italiaanstalige kanton Ticino in Zwitserland staat de stad Lugano bekend om haar rijke culturele erfgoed en prachtige natuurlijke omgeving. Aan de oevers van het Lago di Lugano mag u de promenade langs het water zeker niet missen. Of maak een dagtochtje op het meer om het prachtige landschap ten volle te waarderen.
De stad herbergt talrijke musea en galeries. Een van de populairste is het MASI (het Museum voor Kunst van Italiaans Zwitserland) (17 minuten rijden), waar regelmatig tentoonstellingen van hedendaagse kunst worden gehouden.
Gasten kunnen ook met de kabelbaan naar de top van de San Salvatore (11 minuten rijden) om te genieten van het beste uitzicht op het meer en de omliggende bergen.
Het Parco San Grato (4 minuten rijden) biedt bezoekers de kans om zich onder te dompelen in de natuur, met prachtige themawandelingen en adembenemende uitzichten over het meer. Er is voor kinderen van alles te doen, waaronder zelfgemaakte schommels, een speeltuin en speciale sterrenkijkavonden.
De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthavens liggen in Italië: Milaan Malpensa, op 1 uur en 13 minuten rijden met de auto, of Milaan Linate, op 1 uur en 27 minuten rijden.

Residenza Parco Carona, in Lugano was a lovely place and I rate it five star accommodation. We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Every thing was great clean and tidy. Wir haben als Familie Urlaub gemacht – ich, meine Frau, unser Sohn und die Schwester meiner Frau. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Alles war blitzsauber – so sauber, dass die Schwester meiner Frau sich sogar die Nase an der Glastür zur Terrasse gestoßen hat, weil sie sie gar nicht gesehen hat. Calm and functional apartment in the outskirts of Lugano. People not familiar with the region should be aware of the 300 meter altitude difference to the city center (a 10 minutes drive). Though every meter is worth the splendid view you will enjoy from the dining table. Great place to enjoy the beauty of the region.

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr bequemes Bett. Im zweiten Zimmer gibt es leider nur ein Ausziehsofa, was etwas schade ist. Die Küche ist neu und alles ist vorhanden. Mit bester Empfehlung.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, enorme y precioso, de revista! Las vistas al monte San Salvatore y al lago de Lugano son increíbles. De hecho está al lado del inicio de la ascensión a San Salvatore, en cincuenta minutos andando estás arriba con unas vistas espectaculares. La cama de la habitación principal muy cómoda. La equipación de la cocina super completa. La urbanización muy tranquila y la limpieza excelente. La terraza de la parte de atrás da a un jardín interior con un bosque al fondo precioso. Estuvimos encantados.

Vue, silence, transports publics à coté. Super intéressant pour 2 couples car fait des toilettes privés. L'appartement disposais de tout ce que nous avons besoin.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, enorme y precioso, de revista! Las vistas al monte San Salvatore y al lago de Lugano son increíbles. De hecho está al lado del inicio de la ascensión a San Salvatore, en cincuenta minutos andando estás arriba con unas vistas espectaculares. La cama de la habitación principal muy cómoda. La equipación de la cocina super completa. La urbanización muy tranquila y la limpieza excelente. La terraza de la parte de atrás da a un jardín interior con un bosque al fondo precioso. Estuvimos encantados.

L'unico vero difetto è che si trova troppo fuori Lugano. Chi non ha l'auto deve usare il bus (ogni 30 min Lun-Ven / 1 h nei festivi)

De grootte van het appartement is top en het uitzicht is super. Mooie keuken erin met alles erop en eraan.

La Casa es hermosa, amplia, luminosa, con hermosa vista y está muy bien equipada, reservamos para 4 días pero nos fuimos la primer noche.
