Una villa in stile tradizionale con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Cugnana e sulla campagna sarda incontaminata. Questa villa può ospitare 8 persone ed è una base idilliaca per famiglie o amici che desiderano esplorare una delle più belle isole del Mediterraneo e rilassarsi nella natura. La casa è dotata di ampi spazi esterni, tra cui una veranda, dove gli ospiti possono cenare all'aperto godendosi il bellissimo panorama sulla costa. La seconda terrazza coperta funge da salotto all'aperto con divano e poltrone. Il soggiorno a pianta aperta combina un'area salotto, con divano e TV, e un grande tavolo da pranzo, oltre alla cucina attrezzata con tavolo da cucina in legno. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e caffettiera moka. Dalla cucina si accede a una terrazza sul retro. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: luminosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, poltrone e cassettiera. Camera da letto 2: Questa seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e porte-finestre che danno sulla terrazza. Camera da letto 3: un'altra incantevole camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio e porta sulla terrazza. Camera da letto 4: Questa accogliente camera ha un letto singolo, un secondo letto singolo estraibile e ampi armadietti. Bagni Ci sono due bei bagni piastrellati, entrambi con doccia, bidet, lavabo e WC. A Olbia (15 minuti) si possono esplorare i vivaci mercati contadini che si tengono tre volte a settimana. Particolarmente consigliato è il mercato del sabato in Via Sangallo. La famosa spiaggia di Rena Bianca sulla Costa Smeralda è a soli 10 minuti di distanza, mentre la località del jet-set di Porto Cervo è a 20 minuti. Porto Rotondo (15 minuti) è noto per il suo porto turistico, ma durante i mesi estivi la città ospita un mercato dell'artigianato settimanale (mercoledì) dove si possono trovare molti prodotti di artigianato locale e accessori alla moda. Il porto e l'aeroporto di Olbia distano circa 20 minuti.

Se você está de carro a localização é realmente excelente. Belas praias, ótimos restaurantes e vários supermercados a poucos minutos de distância. A casa é espaçosa e tem uma vista maravilhosa. Para nossa surpresa uma piscina enorme acabava de ser inaugurada o que foi uma bela surpresa para as crianças. Alguns detalhes de organização e limpeza poderiam ser melhorados mas nada que pudesse atrapalhar a nossa experiência. Esperamos voltar no próximo ano.

Die Zeit in Sardinien war sehr schön. Der Bungalow ist gut gelegen. Die Ausrüstung war in Ordnung, die Terrasse wunderbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Der Bungalow war nicht genau gereinigt. Bad und Küche war gut, aber der Baden und die Stühle wiesen noch Brotkrummen auf. Auch waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche wirklich überall gewechselt wurde. Das Tischtuch, welches man über den Tisch auf der Terrasse legen sollte, wurde schon eine Ewigkeit nicht mehr gewaschen und wies sowohl Flecken als auch Löcher auf. Ansonsten wäre es das perfekte Objekt für Ferien.

La casa si trova in una posizione invidiabile, è vero che non ci si può spostare a piedi ma a 10minuti di macchina si raggiungono TUTTE le migliori spiaggie e le principali città. La vista è bellissima e alla sera si sta al fresco. La casa e il giardino sono ben tenuti e gli spazi sono veramente ampi. CONSIGLIATISSIMA.

la 4 ème chambre est bien pour des enfants, limite pour des adultes. Le SAV est parfait. la côte est pénible pour ma moto.

Very quiet and private villa. Clear instructions about check-in and check-out. Host was extremely helpful when we reported that something does not work at home. Always provide a solution. Perfect place for stay at Sardinia. Close to Olbia.

Dès notre arrivée, un "Waouh" de voir la piscine avec une vue extraordinaire. une maison très agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Une belle terrasse ombragée lieu très calme dans les hauteurs 2 salles de bain avec 2 toilettes, top pour 2 familles. quelques jeux pour enfants pour la plage.

Good central location to explore northern half of Sardinia. Good simple house for me and my family, with great view also. Marco was very flexible and helped solved a few questions we had quickly.

Beautiful house, great location, ideal for trips to the beach and north, nice terrace with views, quiet location. The house is designed for up to 8 people, but we would only go with four people, as it has only two bathrooms. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. We did not use one of the bathrooms as the shower was very moldy. Our house was not ready for occupancy at 16:00, because the cleaners came at that time. Marco sent an additional person and we could get in 17:15. So it was not as clean as I would have expected for the cleaning fee of 477.00! Regarding our comments about the condition of the bathroom and one of the bedrooms (crumbling plaster - mold?) there was no feedback / reaction from Marco, otherwise he always reported immediately, e.g. when the electricity failed and the fuse was blown.

Maison très bien située avec une très belle vue et a proximités d'une grande ville pour les courses, juste un point a améliorer : ils manque des couverts pour éviter de faire marcher 2 lave vaisselle par jour
