Una villa incantevole, immersa in un ampio terreno con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Cugnana e sulla campagna incontaminata. Questa villa è un rifugio idilliaco per 2 persone. Dispone di un incantevole spazio esterno ed è stata arredata con cura in ogni sua parte. L'ariosa zona giorno a pianta aperta è dotata di divano, camino tradizionale ad angolo (non in uso), TV a schermo piatto, grazioso tavolo da pranzo bianco e cucina attrezzata di recente. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, frigorifero/congelatore e caffettiera moka. Dal soggiorno si accede a una splendida terrazza ombreggiata, dove gli ospiti possono cenare all'aperto e godere di una vista impareggiabile sul mare. C'è una seconda veranda con un grande barbecue e un tavolo in pietra. Dormire La fresca camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, una cassettiera e un grande armadio. Un letto supplementare può essere fornito a un costo aggiuntivo. Il bagno Il bagno piastrellato è dotato di doccia, bidet, lavabo, WC e lavatrice. Extra: C'è anche una doccia esterna. A Olbia (15 minuti) si possono esplorare i vivaci mercati contadini che si tengono tre volte alla settimana. Particolarmente consigliato è il mercato del sabato in Via Sangallo. La famosa spiaggia di Rena Bianca sulla Costa Smeralda è a soli 10 minuti di distanza, mentre la località del jet-set di Porto Cervo è a 20 minuti. Porto Rotondo (15 minuti) è noto per il suo porto turistico, ma durante i mesi estivi la città ospita un mercato dell'artigianato settimanale (mercoledì) dove si possono trovare molti prodotti di artigianato locale e accessori alla moda. Il porto e l'aeroporto di Olbia distano circa 20 minuti.

This small villa was a peaceful and quiet place to stay during our time in North Sardinia. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. There's also a nice view of the sea and plenty of outdoor seating. The wi-fi, AC and washing machine all worked and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is parking available inside. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and the property management were prompt in responding to questions and letting us know about the property. It's very conveniently located, around a 15-20 minute drive from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, and Porto Cervo, and is a perfect option for a more affordable place to stay in what can be quite an expensive area.

Me and my girlffriend enjoyed our stay at this Location a lot.The Communication with my Marco from happy rentals was very easy and helpfull.We Received all needed informations and he supports us with some local hints.The house got everything we needed, a few more glasses or generally kitchen equipment would be nice but it works.Thanks for having us B&M

Fabulous villa for two! Very well equipped and comfortable! Lovely views across the sea to Porto Rotondo peninsular! 15 minutrs from a fabulous beach. Marco, agent for Happy Holidays, was excellent and kept in touch with us throughout! We shall certainly stay at Bella Vista when we return to Sardinia!

Wir haben uns toll gefühlt. Der Ausblick war toll vom Haus auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, wir wollten etwas außerhalb hausen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos mit einem Schlüsselcode. Die Gastgeberin informierte uns rechtzeitig über den Ablauf. Parken konnte man direkt am Haus mit einem separaten Tor (die Villa nebenan hatte ein eigenes Tor zum Befahren der Einfahrt). Durch einen Sichtschutz hatte man Ruhe vor Nachbarn und war total für sich. Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Strände etc. haben wir mit dem Mietwagen angefahren. In dem Haus hatten wir totale Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war gut. Tolle Aussicht.

La casa è posizionata splendidamente a due passi dalle migliori spiagge della Costa Smeralda ma anche vicinissima ad Olbia e in prossimità del servizi. Piccolo misunderstanding in fase di check-in ma risolto velocemente e con professionalità dall’ host.

La dependance gode di una splendida vista sul golfo di Cugnana. È molto “coccola” adatta per due persone, tuttavia ci sono alcuni dettagli che andrebbero curati maggiormente. Ad esempio davanzali, finestre e patio esterno andrebbero puliti a fondo, mobilio un po’ vecchio, tv che funziona a singhiozzo (e prende solo la Rai). La cosa positiva è stata la disponibilità dell’host nella risoluzione delle problematiche.
