Situato nella graziosa cittadina di Peschiera del Garda, questo appartamento con tre camere da letto si trova a soli 10 minuti dai parchi Gardaland, Movieland e Canevaworld. L'appartamento offre un grazioso balcone con vista sul lago, dove è possibile pranzare all'aperto in tutta tranquillità e privacy. Il residence dispone anche di un giardino comune in cui passeggiare o semplicemente oziare nelle piacevoli serate estive. All'interno, il moderno appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e di radiatori elettrici ed è ben attrezzato per un comodo soggiorno in autonomia. Vi è un ampio e luminoso soggiorno a pianta aperta con un balcone che si affaccia sul lago e un'elegante area salotto arredata con un divano a due posti, illuminazione d'ambiente, una libreria e una nuovissima Smart TV. L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di un angolo cottura molto spazioso con un'isola per la colazione e un tavolo da pranzo per 7 persone, perfetto per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino o per gustare senza fatica gustosi piatti fatti in casa. La vivace Peschiera del Garda offre un ambiente piacevole per i turisti, con le sue famose attrazioni turistiche (Porta Verona e Porta Brescia), le spiagge del lido (Lido Pioppi), i parchi tematici per famiglie e le classiche attrazioni turistiche del Lago di Garda. Gli amanti della fauna selvatica possono inoltre raggiungere facilmente il "Parco Natura Viva" in 14 minuti d'auto. Per chi ha bambini, Peschiera è la base perfetta per godersi i famosi parchi acquatici Gardaland e Canevaland, entrambi a 5 minuti di auto. Per gli amanti del golf, invece, il club più vicino si trova a circa la stessa distanza. La città lacustre di Sirmione, con le sue Grotte di Catullo e il Castello Scaligero, si trova a circa 15 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Per chi vuole godersi la vita notturna del Lago di Garda, Desenzano del Garda (20 minuti di auto) con i suoi numerosi bar, pub e club non vi deluderà! Dal porto principale di Desenzano, inoltre, potrete raggiungere senza problemi tutte le altre località turistiche del Lago di Garda. Gli aeroporti più vicini a questa casa vacanze a Peschiera del Garda sono Verona Villafranca (21 minuti in auto) e Milano Bergamo (62 minuti).

Boendet passade oss som var 5 vuxna. Två toaletter å duschar. Ca 3 m i takhöjd vilket gav luft i rummen. Köket hade de redskap som behövs för att laga en måltid. Stor kyl. Enkel och funktionell inredning. Bra restauranger nära boendet och en härlig stormarknad endast 3 min från gångavstånd (Migross). Vi valde att bo nära järnvägsstationen som ligger ca 8 min gångavstånd då vi åkte tåg till våra utflykter. Bussarna var ej tillförlitliga. Rekommenderar tåget. Vår resväska gick sönder på flyget. Köpte ny. Manuela/städfirman tog hand om den gamla. Tack!! Som boende väldigt bra och funktionellt. Som turistplats är det ett bra utgångsställe för besök till Dolomiterna, vingårdar, Venedig, Gardasjön, golf, mm mm

Great location. Easy walk from the train station. Bus stop right outside. Two large supermarkets at the end of the road. Quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants nearby. Good amenities, excellent air-con.

The pre check in communication was very good but piled up as we were driving in to read and understand all details (I was driving). The pictures helped but critical info about the building access need to be refined. Excellent response including swift delivery of extra set of keys (needed for multiple members of the family). Great location and walking access to a great supermarket and a multicuisine restaurant. Our family had a great time!

Great apartment! Super clean. ACs work great! Much bigger than I expected. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again! 5 minute drive to Gardaland, so convenient! note- Apartment is on "Italian" third floor, ground floor being zero. Confusing for Americans, but just know the apartment is on the top floor. Not too bad of a climb though. My 70 year old mother managed just fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Wir waren zu viert Ende März in der „Casa di Paola“ und haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Das lag zum einen daran, dass die Fotos die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut widerspiegeln und man dadurch keine Überraschungen erlebt. Aber vor allem auch daran, dass Manuela absolute Spitzenklasse war. Wenn wir etwas brauchten oder eine Frage hatten, Sie hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurückgemeldet und hatte für alles eine schnelle Lösung. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal Manuela! Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und geräumig, war sehr sauber, ruhig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und auch bis zum Ortszentrum kann man gut zu Fuß laufen. Am späten Nachmittag / frühen Abend haben wir persönlich sehr gerne die untergehende Sonne auf dem Balkon genossen und dann in der Wohnung gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay. It has an excellent location for bus and train trips, there is a market near by and nice restaurants. Manuela was friendly and quick with check in. The place is spacious for big families and super clean. I will highly recommend and love to stay there again.

This Airbnb is in a very convenient area of Lake Garda, with a big supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's also an easy walk into town and the themed park. We found the bathrooms to be very clean, with great showers. We did, however, run into few inconveniences. The electricity tripped multiple times in the evening whenever we were cooking. This required us to turn off everything else—lights, washing machine, dishwasher, radiators —and we were unable to charge our devices or use a hairdryer during that time. Guests should also note that it's close to a main road, so light sleepers should expect some noise.

Het appartement was ruim en heel fijn dat alle ruimtes airco hebben. Het is wel raar dat er voor 6 personen nauwelijks koffiekopjes/mokken aanwezig zijn. Wel zijn er meer dan voldoende espressokopjes aanwezig.

The appartement is practical located in walking distance from the train station and with supermarked near by. It is very easy to go to Verona from there, which make it a good alternative to expensive hotels during Vinitaly. The Happe.rental crew went a long way to help us when we asked to get a second key. The appartement is practical for sharing (if you can get an extra key). We was 3 adults hwo shared the appartement. The only thing to be aware of it the trafic noice which is quite loud. I managed to sleep with earplugs though.

Molto apprezzato il condizionatore e i due bagni...posizione strategica per vedere le varie città del lago di Garda e noi ne abbiamo visitate parecchie..consigliamo di verificare periodicamente la funzionalità delle bici in quanto non tutte erano utilizzabili ..nel complesso è stato un bel soggiorno .grazie di tutto

The pre check in communication was very good but piled up as we were driving in to read and understand all details (I was driving). The pictures helped but critical info about the building access need to be refined. Excellent response including swift delivery of extra set of keys (needed for multiple members of the family). Great location and walking access to a great supermarket and a multicuisine restaurant. Our family had a great time!

Great apartment! Super clean. ACs work great! Much bigger than I expected. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again! 5 minute drive to Gardaland, so convenient! note- Apartment is on "Italian" third floor, ground floor being zero. Confusing for Americans, but just know the apartment is on the top floor. Not too bad of a climb though. My 70 year old mother managed just fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Casa di Paola is a beautiful apartment and fully equipped! The location is in a quiet area, large supermarket around the corner and close to the center of Peschiera. We will definitely come back!

Wir waren zu viert Ende März in der „Casa di Paola“ und haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Das lag zum einen daran, dass die Fotos die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut widerspiegeln und man dadurch keine Überraschungen erlebt. Aber vor allem auch daran, dass Manuela absolute Spitzenklasse war. Wenn wir etwas brauchten oder eine Frage hatten, Sie hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurückgemeldet und hatte für alles eine schnelle Lösung. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal Manuela! Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und geräumig, war sehr sauber, ruhig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und auch bis zum Ortszentrum kann man gut zu Fuß laufen. Am späten Nachmittag / frühen Abend haben wir persönlich sehr gerne die untergehende Sonne auf dem Balkon genossen und dann in der Wohnung gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay. It has an excellent location for bus and train trips, there is a market near by and nice restaurants. Manuela was friendly and quick with check in. The place is spacious for big families and super clean. I will highly recommend and love to stay there again.

Die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in gehentfernung vorhanden und auch das Zentrum ist in 10 min zu erreichen.

Bardzo polecam! Bardzo duży apartament - w sam raz dla 6 osób. Mieszkanie świetnie usytuowane, niedaleko do jeziora a także do stacji. W apartamencie było bardzo czysto :)

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, netter Kontakt, würde ich nochmal buchen ! Schöne grosse Ferienwohnung, gute Austattung, zentrale Lage ca. 10 min zu Fuss in die Innenstadt, sehr gute Pizzeria in der gleichen Strasse, Penny in 5 Min. zu erreichen

This Airbnb is in a very convenient area of Lake Garda, with a big supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's also an easy walk into town and the themed park. We found the bathrooms to be very clean, with great showers. We did, however, run into few inconveniences. The electricity tripped multiple times in the evening whenever we were cooking. This required us to turn off everything else—lights, washing machine, dishwasher, radiators —and we were unable to charge our devices or use a hairdryer during that time. Guests should also note that it's close to a main road, so light sleepers should expect some noise.

Het appartement was ruim en heel fijn dat alle ruimtes airco hebben. Het is wel raar dat er voor 6 personen nauwelijks koffiekopjes/mokken aanwezig zijn. Wel zijn er meer dan voldoende espressokopjes aanwezig.

The appartement is practical located in walking distance from the train station and with supermarked near by. It is very easy to go to Verona from there, which make it a good alternative to expensive hotels during Vinitaly. The Happe.rental crew went a long way to help us when we asked to get a second key. The appartement is practical for sharing (if you can get an extra key). We was 3 adults hwo shared the appartement. The only thing to be aware of it the trafic noice which is quite loud. I managed to sleep with earplugs though.

Molto apprezzato il condizionatore e i due bagni...posizione strategica per vedere le varie città del lago di Garda e noi ne abbiamo visitate parecchie..consigliamo di verificare periodicamente la funzionalità delle bici in quanto non tutte erano utilizzabili ..nel complesso è stato un bel soggiorno .grazie di tutto
