Un appartamento monolocale divertente, nel cuore di Chamonix, vicino a tutto ciò che si può desiderare per una vacanza perfetta tutto l'anno. Situato al primo piano di un elegante edificio di nuova costruzione, questo appartamento può ospitare 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La zona giorno è illuminata da un'ampia finestra, con una porta a vetri che conduce a un balcone privato, dove si trovano un tavolo e delle sedie, che permettono agli ospiti di rilassarsi e di godere della spettacolare vista sulle montagne. All'interno, l'area salotto dispone di un comodo divano, di una TV a schermo piatto e di una cassettiera. L'ordinato tavolo da pranzo e le sedie si trovano accanto all'angolo cottura a pianta aperta, ben attrezzato con piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, tostapane e macchina per il caffè americano. Dormire In un angolo della zona giorno si trova un letto a castello, mentre il divano di fronte si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Bagno Il bagno, completamente piastrellato, è dotato di vasca da bagno completa con doccia, lavabo e WC. Accessori - Wifi gratuito - Tavolo e sedie all'aperto - TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD - Asciugacapelli - Radiatori elettrici - Rilevatore di fumo - Adatto ai bambini - Deposito sci - Parcheggio privato Posizione L'appartamento si trova nel cuore di Chamonix, vicino all'impianto di risalita del Brevent. Le piste sono adatte a sciatori e snowboarder di tutti i livelli. La pista di pattinaggio di Chamonix è vicina, a soli 8 minuti a piedi. Tutte le strutture della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata, parapendio ed equitazione. A 15 minuti dall'appartamento si trovano un parco per skateboard e campi da tennis. Per qualcosa di più rilassante, il Chamonix Yoga Festival (luglio) riunisce praticanti di yoga da tutto il mondo per una serie di workshop, sia all'interno che all'esterno, all'aria fresca di montagna. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 12 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. La stazione ferroviaria di Chamonix Mont Blanc è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. A causa della topografia unica, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile.

Este apartamento es magnífico, muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Chamonix y de la estación de trenes. La vista de Mont Blanc desde la terraza del apartamento es excepcional. El lugar muy limpio, seguro y cálido. Como recibimiento nos dejaron una botella de vino para celebrar la Navidad.

Le logement correspond à la description indiqué. Très facile d'accès , une place de parking souterrain disponible. très bonne communication et explications impeccable. En revanche pour un séjour de long terme a 4 personnes l'appartement manquerait de rangement. Mais pour le reste l'appartement est situé à côté de la rue piétonne et tout est accessible rapidement.

The place was really clean and in a good location although the experience was slightly diminished by the 15 minute walk to where the keys are kept and this was slightly intimidating for two girls, in an unknown area.

This studio was in a great location and it did the job for us as a couple. It was very small which was ok for us but it sleeps 4 which would be very difficult. The process of getting the key from the other side of town would be awful if you arrived by transfer, didn’t know the area, had kids maybe or if you arrived in the dark. The price was excellent for the facilities and location.

It was all perfect!! Except for the shower. We couldn't hang the shower head so we had to hold it while showering, which was uncomfortable. But apart from that, all perfect!! Great location.

The location is great! Can accommodate 4 people but it will be really tight. We were a couple so we slept on the sofa bed and not on the bunk beds. However, the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and morning coffee on the small balcony with a view over the mountain. It’s right at the center of Chamonix so that was great as well and very easy to get around and with easy access to buses and the best attractions and clubs/bars. The apartment was very well equipped as well. I recommend!!
