A funky studio apartment, in the heart of Chamonix, close to everything you might want for a perfect holiday all year round. On the first floor of a smart new development, this apartment sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The living area is lit by a large window, with a glass door that leads onto a private balcony, where there is a table and chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Indoors, the sitting area has a comfortable sofa, plus a flat-screen tv and a chest of drawers. The neat dining table and chairs are next to the open-plan kitchenette, which is well equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and an american style coffee machine. Sleeping There is a bunk bed tucked into a corner of the living area and the sofa opposite converts into a double bed. Bathroom The fully tiled bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin and WC. Additional • Free wifi installed • Outside table & chairs • Flatscreen TV & DVD player • Hair dryer • Electric radiators • Smoke detector • Child friendly • Ski storage • Private parking Location The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the Brevent ski lift. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Chamonix’s ice-skating rink is close by, just an 8-minute walk. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment. For something more relaxing, the Chamonix Yoga Festival (July) brings together yoga practitioners from across the world for a series of workshops, both indoors and out in the fresh mountain air. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 12 minutes drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just 10 minutes walk. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Le logement correspond à la description indiqué. Très facile d'accès , une place de parking souterrain disponible. très bonne communication et explications impeccable. En revanche pour un séjour de long terme a 4 personnes l'appartement manquerait de rangement. Mais pour le reste l'appartement est situé à côté de la rue piétonne et tout est accessible rapidement.

The place was really clean and in a good location although the experience was slightly diminished by the 15 minute walk to where the keys are kept and this was slightly intimidating for two girls, in an unknown area.

This studio was in a great location and it did the job for us as a couple. It was very small which was ok for us but it sleeps 4 which would be very difficult. The process of getting the key from the other side of town would be awful if you arrived by transfer, didn’t know the area, had kids maybe or if you arrived in the dark. The price was excellent for the facilities and location.

It was all perfect!! Except for the shower. We couldn't hang the shower head so we had to hold it while showering, which was uncomfortable. But apart from that, all perfect!! Great location.

The location is great! Can accommodate 4 people but it will be really tight. We were a couple so we slept on the sofa bed and not on the bunk beds. However, the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and morning coffee on the small balcony with a view over the mountain. It’s right at the center of Chamonix so that was great as well and very easy to get around and with easy access to buses and the best attractions and clubs/bars. The apartment was very well equipped as well. I recommend!!
