La spiaggia di Analipsi si trova nella tranquilla zona di Kastro Kyllini, tra uliveti ed eucalipeti, proprio in riva al mare. Si tratta di un complesso di 8 case indipendenti, disposte attorno a un meraviglioso giardino verde affacciato sul mare, e ogni casa può ospitare fino a 5 persone. La casa dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, piano cottura, fornelli, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, bollitore e utensili da cucina. Tutte le case sono disposte su un unico piano e dispongono di due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, un soggiorno con TV e un divano letto per un ospite e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. In casa sono disponibili Wi-Fi e aria condizionata. La casa dispone anche di una veranda arredata con una splendida vista sul Mar Ionio. All'ingresso del complesso è disponibile un parcheggio pubblico gratuito per gli ospiti. La spiaggia è una bellissima spiaggia privata proprio di fronte alle isole di Zante e Cefalonia. Offre ampi spazi con pontili in legno ombreggiati e cabine, con comode sdraio a disposizione degli ospiti di ogni appartamento per rilassarsi e godersi le acque cristalline del Mar Ionio. Gli ospiti possono anche utilizzare i lettini in prima linea sulla spiaggia. Il giardino del complesso è dotato di tre barbecue in comune, un'area giochi per bambini e un bar sulla spiaggia che garantiscono momenti di divertimento per tutte le età. Proprio accanto agli appartamenti si trova il Kalamias Sea Side, un ristorante greco autentico aperto a pranzo e a cena. È possibile fare la spesa al supermercato di Kastro, a soli 3 km dal resort.

The property is beautiful, with wonderful plants. In front of our house there was an old beautiful olive tree. The house is equipped with everything you need and there is also a large terrace. At the end of the property is a larger sunbathing dock (you choose whether you want direct sun, partial or complete shade - because there are possibilities for everything). And most importantly - a fantastic vacation for those who want peace! There are beautiful sunsets behind Kefalonia... and if you're lucky, you might even see a Mediterranean seal at sunset :-). And finally, everything is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. PS. Not to forget the excellent restaurant right next to the property (you will never have noise from it and the food is excellent).
