La spiaggia di Analipsi è situata nella tranquilla zona di Kastro Kyllini, tra piantagioni di ulivi ed eucalipti, vicino al mare. È un complesso di 8 case indipendenti, situate intorno a un meraviglioso giardino verde con vista sul mare, e ogni casa può ospitare fino a 5 persone. La casa dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, piano cottura, fornelli, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, bollitore d\'acqua, attrezzatura da cucina. Tutte le case sono costruite su un unico piano e dispongono di due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l\'altra con due letti singoli, un soggiorno con TV e un divano letto per un ospite e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. La casa è dotata di WIFI e aria condizionata. La casa dispone anche di una veranda arredata con splendida vista sul Mar Ionio. All\'ingresso del complesso è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. La spiaggia è una bellissima spiaggia privata proprio di fronte alle isole di Zante e Cefalonia. Offre uno spazio spazioso con una terrazza in legno ombreggiata e cabine, con comode chaise longue che attendono gli ospiti di ogni appartamento per rilassarsi e godersi le acque cristalline del Mar Ionio. Gli ospiti possono anche utilizzare i lettini sulla spiaggia. Il giardino del complesso è attrezzato con tre barbecue, un\'area giochi per bambini e un bar sulla spiaggia che garantiscono momenti di divertimento per tutte le età. Proprio accanto agli appartamenti si trova il Kalamias Sea Side, un autentico ristorante greco aperto a pranzo e a cena. Per fare la spesa è disponibile il supermercato Kastro, a soli 3 km dal resort.

The property is beautiful, with wonderful plants. In front of our house there was an old beautiful olive tree. The house is equipped with everything you need and there is also a large terrace. At the end of the property is a larger sunbathing dock (you choose whether you want direct sun, partial or complete shade - because there are possibilities for everything). And most importantly - a fantastic vacation for those who want peace! There are beautiful sunsets behind Kefalonia... and if you're lucky, you might even see a Mediterranean seal at sunset :-). And finally, everything is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. PS. Not to forget the excellent restaurant right next to the property (you will never have noise from it and the food is excellent).
