Dotato di una grande piscina esterna in comune, il complesso è composto da 4 villette bifamiliari indipendenti che possono ospitare fino a 5 persone ciascuna. La nuovissima villetta bifamiliare con piscina in comune è stata progettata con cura per offrire un'esperienza di vacanza superiore grazie alla cura dei dettagli, ai tocchi di stile e agli ampi spazi. Dotata di 2 camere da letto e arredi sofisticati, la suite Serenity lascerà senza parole anche gli ospiti più esigenti. Godetevi il panorama, rilassatevi a bordo piscina e visitate una delle meravigliose spiagge vicine. Tutte le case sono suddivise in 2 piani. Al piano terra si trova una cucina a pianta aperta attrezzata, una zona pranzo, un soggiorno con smart TV, divani che possono ospitare un ospite per dormire e una grande finestra panoramica con vista sulla piscina e sul mare, nonché un ampio balcone attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per rilassarsi. Sullo stesso piano si trova un'ampia camera da letto con due letti singoli, un armadio, smart TV e aria condizionata, e un bagno con doccia. Al primo piano si trova la seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, smart TV, aria condizionata, bagno privato con doccia e un ampio balcone con una splendida vista sul mare. Il Wi-Fi è disponibile sia in casa che nella piscina comune. Ogni casa può utilizzare il barbecue comune e la lavanderia, nonché il parco giochi per bambini e la palestra situati nel complesso. Il parcheggio è a disposizione degli ospiti nel complesso.

Villa magnifique! Nichée dans un champ d'olivier et surplombant la mer ionienne..si vous recherchez le calme et le confort cette villa est alors le choix parfait! Les equipements de la villa sont de très bonnes qualités , la piscine longeant les villas est juste incroyable et les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très attentionnés. A 10 minutes en voiture, vous trouverez des grandes plages de sable fin quasi desertes et à 30 minutes en voiture vous pourrez visiter Olympe et son site archéologique. Bref gros coup de coeur pour cette villa et sa localisation.

Wow! It’s a phenomenal place in a gorgeous location in the hills of Kaiafas Lake Zacharo. My family and I absolutely loved everything about it; the living space, bedrooms, patio, balcony, bathrooms, jacuzzi, play room. First-class all the way and very reasonably priced. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay at. Sunsets are awesome. The host was easy to reach and very friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Easily one of our favorite air bnbs we’ve ever stayed at.

We had overall a really nice stay with our family. The pool and terras is super. It was mentioned that a family of 5 was no problem. Sleeping on the couch (not a couch-bed!) however for the 5th person was not clearly mentioned in advance. Anyway we were glad to get an extra folding bed after negotiating. The poor knowledge of the English language of the young ladies as local host was a (small) difficulty.
