Serenity Suites Sea view complex is a brand new property located very close to Kaiafa Lake in Zacharo. Surrounded by Olive trees, the complex offers a breathtaking view of the sea and an outdoor private Jacuzzi. Just 3 km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ilias region, the complex is the ideal choice to spend your holidays in complete comfort. With a large shared, outdoor swimming pool, the complex is composed of 4 independent semi-detached houses that can accommodate up to 5 guests each. The brand new, semi-detached house with a shared swimming pool has been carefully designed to offer a superior holiday experience thanks to the care of the details, stylish touches, and wide spaces. Providing 2 bedrooms and sophisticated furniture, the Serenity suite will leave speechless even the most demanding guests. Enjoy the views, relax by the pool, and visit one of the amazing beaches nearby. All the houses are divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is an open plan equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a smart TV, sofas that can accommodate one guest to sleep, and a large picture window overlooking the pool and the sea as well as a big balcony equipped with table and chairs to relax. On the same floor, there is a large bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is the second bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, air condition en suite bathroom with shower, and a big balcony with an amazing sea view. WIFI is available in the house as well as in the shared swimming pool. Every house can use the shared BBQ and the laundry room as well as the playground for kids and gym room located in the complex. Parking is available for guests in the complex.

Villa magnifique! Nichée dans un champ d'olivier et surplombant la mer ionienne..si vous recherchez le calme et le confort cette villa est alors le choix parfait! Les equipements de la villa sont de très bonnes qualités , la piscine longeant les villas est juste incroyable et les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très attentionnés. A 10 minutes en voiture, vous trouverez des grandes plages de sable fin quasi desertes et à 30 minutes en voiture vous pourrez visiter Olympe et son site archéologique. Bref gros coup de coeur pour cette villa et sa localisation.

Wow! It’s a phenomenal place in a gorgeous location in the hills of Kaiafas Lake Zacharo. My family and I absolutely loved everything about it; the living space, bedrooms, patio, balcony, bathrooms, jacuzzi, play room. First-class all the way and very reasonably priced. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay at. Sunsets are awesome. The host was easy to reach and very friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Easily one of our favorite air bnbs we’ve ever stayed at.

We had overall a really nice stay with our family. The pool and terras is super. It was mentioned that a family of 5 was no problem. Sleeping on the couch (not a couch-bed!) however for the 5th person was not clearly mentioned in advance. Anyway we were glad to get an extra folding bed after negotiating. The poor knowledge of the English language of the young ladies as local host was a (small) difficulty.
