Questa residenza unica e lussuosa offre servizi comuni di alto livello, tra cui uno spazio di co-working, un'area reception, un bar e un ristorante al piano terra con ampi posti a sedere all'aperto, un ampio giardino, una palestra e un deposito custodito. Il luminoso monolocale, al 3° piano, può ospitare 2 persone. Il soggiorno ha una porta a vetri che dà su un balcone privato con un tavolo e due sedie, per poter cenare all'aperto. All'interno, la zona giorno con pavimento in pietra è dotata di un divano contemporaneo, un tavolino, una Smart TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo con 2 posti a sedere. Nella moderna cucina a pianta aperta troverete tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno: piano cottura, microonde, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina Nespresso. Al confine tra Svizzera e Italia, è famosa per la sua splendida posizione, il ricco patrimonio culturale e gli eccellenti ristoranti e caffè. La città ospita numerosi festival durante l'anno, tra cui il festival "Luganomusica" ogni estate. Il MASI (Museo d'Arte della Svizzera Italiana) (20 minuti a piedi) ospita regolarmente mostre d'arte contemporanea. Da non perdere una gita di un giorno sul Lago di Lugano. Se preferite rimanere sulla terraferma, passeggiate sul famoso lungolago di Lugano, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago. Poi dirigetevi verso il cuore della città, Piazza della Riforma (22 minuti a piedi) per un caffè o un aperitivo in uno dei tanti caffè che costeggiano la piazza. Per chi viaggia per affari, l'appartamento dista solo 11 minuti a piedi dal Centro Esposizioni Lugano e 18 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 5 minuti di auto, o Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 20 minuti di viaggio. Arrivare in treno? La stazione ferroviaria di Lugano dista 25 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

The apartment is very cozy, with a pleasant, modern interior. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us were the teenagers in the gymnasium who often hang around and scream and make noise until late at night (until 2:40 a.m.). This affected our sleep, so if you could do something about it, it would certainly be an improvement for Icon H. Thank you for the nice and clean studio apartment, everything worked out perfectly. Sehr schönes, modernes Appartement mit allem was es braucht. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge. Leider war das Bett sehr hart, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
