In the modern, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. Sleeping There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room. Bathroom The stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin and WC. On the border of Switzerland and Italy, it is famous for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and cafés. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minute walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. Not to be missed is a day trip on the Lago Lugano. If you prefer to stay on land, take a stroll along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Then head to the heart of the city, Piazza della Riforma (22 mins walk) for a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many cafés that line the square. For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is very cozy, with a pleasant, modern interior. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us were the teenagers in the gymnasium who often hang around and scream and make noise until late at night (until 2:40 a.m.). This affected our sleep, so if you could do something about it, it would certainly be an improvement for Icon H. Thank you for the nice and clean studio apartment, everything worked out perfectly.
