Questa casa elegante, distribuita su 4 piani, in uno sviluppo contemporaneo, è una base meravigliosa per una vacanza ricca di azione durante tutto l'anno. Situata su una collina soleggiata, con vista sul fiume Arve, la casa gode di un'ampia vista sulle montagne. Può ospitare comodamente 8 persone e c'è molto spazio per tutti. La zona giorno principale è piena di luce, grazie a un'ampia porta a vetri che conduce a un balcone in legno in stile tradizionale, con vista sulla valle. Il soggiorno è dotato di divano, stufa a legna, tavolino e poltrona. Il tavolo da pranzo in legno può ospitare 8 persone ed è vicino alla cucina semi-aperta. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano cottura, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Al piano superiore si trova una seconda zona soggiorno con divano ad angolo e TV a schermo piatto. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale, all'ultimo piano, ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Camera da letto 2: un'altra accogliente camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale e armadio. Camera da letto 3: camera da letto in stile baita con rivestimenti in legno e letto a castello. Camera da letto 4: Questa camera ha un letto a castello in legno di pino chiaro, un armadio e un bagno privato. Bagni Bagno 1: questo bagno piastrellato è dotato di vasca da bagno completa con soffione doccia, lavabo e WC. Bagno 2: Il bagno, che si trova all'interno della camera da letto 4, è dotato di doccia, lavabo e WC e presenta una classica piastrellatura bianca. Un altro WC separato si trova nella zona giorno principale. Per i principianti, le piste di La Vormaine sono a soli 3 minuti di auto. Per gli sciatori più esperti, le piste del Tour Col de Balme sono vicine. Alcune delle piste più alte intorno all'Argentière offrono la possibilità di sciare più tardi nella stagione, a volte fino all'inizio di maggio. Durante i mesi estivi, la valle è ricca di attività, dalle escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike all'alpinismo, all'equitazione, al rafting, al parapendio, al tennis e al golf. Argentière (4 minuti in auto) offre molti dei servizi di cui i visitatori hanno bisogno, tra cui ristoranti e un supermercato. Il mercato settimanale, dove si possono trovare i migliori ingredienti locali, si svolge ogni domenica mattina. Tutte le strutture della valle del Monte Bianco sono a portata di mano. Dalla stazione di Montroc le Planet (a 2 minuti a piedi) partono i treni gratuiti del Mont Blanc Express, che permettono di esplorare l'intera valle del Monte Bianco. L'aeroporto di Ginevra si trova a 1 ora e 20 minuti di auto dalla casa.

We liked the location and the view. The apartment was also well equipped and provided everything we needed for our family group. A second parking slot would have been nice as the on street parking got very busy during the day but we had no problems overnight.

Perfect for the seven guests. The bedrooms were small but fine for us. Plenty of space to relax. Nicely located in an area we know with great views of the Mont Blanc Massif. Bus stop and station very close by. Shops a few minutes away in Argentière. The parking for one vehicle in the underground carpark was very convenient.

W obiekcie była dodatkowa toaleta o której wcześniej nie wiedziałam co było dodatkowym atutem (czyli w sumie były dwie łazienki z toaletą + dodatkowa toaleta). dom jest naprawdę duży. Daje gościom swobodę. Największy atut obiektu to piękny widok z tarasu , choć na tarasie przydały by się leżaczki. Dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu.
