This stylish house, spread over 4 floors, in a contemporary development, makes a wonderful base for an action-packed holiday throughout the year. On a sunny hillside, overlooking the River Arve, the house has extensive mountain views. It comfortably sleeps 8 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. The main living area is full of light, thanks to a large glass door which leads out onto a traditional-style wooden balcony, looking down the valley. The living room has a sofa, enclosed wood-burning stove, coffee table and armchair. The wooden dining table seats 8 and is close to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge. There is a second sitting area on the top floor with a corner sofa and flat-screen TV. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, on the top floor, has a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Another cosy bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A cabin-style bedroom with wooden panelling and bunk bed. Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a pale pine bunk bed with a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: This tiled bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, basin and WC. Bathroom 2: En suite to bedroom 4, with classic white tiling, this bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. There is another separate WC off the main living area. Additional • No wifi • Balcony • Shared garden • Electric radiators • Flatscreen TV • Ski storage • Close to skiing • Private parking (garage, max height 1.85m) but car not necessary • Pets not possible - Fireplace - Nespresso coffee machine Location The property is in the village of Les Frasserands, close to the popular resort of Argentière, near the ski lifts, shuttle buses and pistes. For beginners, the slopes at La Vormaine are just a 3-minute drive. For more experienced skiers the Tour Col de Balme slopes are also close by. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. During the summer months, the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf. Argentière (4 minute drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning. All the facilities of the Mont Blanc valley are on your doorstep. There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (a 2-minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc valley. Geneva airport is a 1-hour and 20-minute drive from the house.

Perfect for the seven guests. The bedrooms were small but fine for us. Plenty of space to relax. Nicely located in an area we know with great views of the Mont Blanc Massif. Bus stop and station very close by. Shops a few minutes away in Argentière. The parking for one vehicle in the underground carpark was very convenient.

We liked the location and the view. The apartment was also well equipped and provided everything we needed for our family group. A second parking slot would have been nice as the on street parking got very busy during the day but we had no problems overnight.

Multi-level apartment for a large group or two families. Excellent view of the sunrise over the mountains from the living room. The train stop is visible from the window. There was an additional toilet in the building, which I didn\'t know about beforehand, which was an added bonus (so there were two bathrooms with toilets + an additional toilet). The house is really big. It gives guests freedom. The biggest advantage of the building is the beautiful view from the terrace, although deck chairs would be useful on the terrace. Logement disposant de plusieurs chambres ce qui est plutôt pratique en y allant en famille comme moi. Cependant les chambres parentales sont très petites, impossible d’y mettre un lit bébé. Logement bien équipé en terme de vaisselle etc. En revanche, celui-ci est très mal isolé. Nous entendions toute la nuit les voisins d’à côté faire la fête, c’était vraiment désagréable à vivre. Aussi une mise à jour de certains équipements sont à prévoir par le propriétaire, comme la table instable et cassé qui a été rafistolé une énième fois par l’agence de location , des chaises instables et un chauffé dans une des chambres du bas qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avions du monter deux matelas à l’étage ce qui était très contraignant au vu du poids des matelas et l’espace que l’ont avez dans les escaliers. Globalement voyage que nous avions tout de même apprécié mais certaines choses à revoir et SURTOUT la sonorisation :
